The building is old an rooms are oriented on the main streets. Really too noisy. The gift on the pillar is clear! My room was directly connected on the reception. Limited breakfast Price was high but I think due to the coming marathon.

Berlin Visit's This is a very good hotel with friendly staff. Our son lives around the corner so a perfect place of us to stay while we are visiting. The rooms are comfortable, and clean, bathrooms are good.

Good location, good service, reasonable price, but the lighting in the room needs to be upgraded.

The hotel itself was really nice and the reception staff always polite. I found one or two of the breakfast staff a little rude at times. We found the room to be quite small with little space to put general things out. One thing that was missing was tea and coffee making facilities, I can’t remember when I was in a hotel without this. All in all, though, it was a comfortable stay.

A bit far away from S Bahn & bus stop. Clean room. Nice staff. Free bread, fruit and coffee before 11am. Only provide 2in1 shower gel /shampoo. Prefer having them separately.

Nu Wave Hotel was a nice and cozy place to stay. Great and quiet location. The service was friendly too. The only thing I wished for was a way to make tea in the evenings. But overall, it was a good stay! I also liked the "Black Mirror" sound in the bathroom 👌

Very cozy with warm and professional staffs. Located near Aldi and Ubahn 5 ( 10 min walk) and bus station ( 4 min walk 🚶‍♂️) Everything was good and it was perfect with 77 € per night in capital of Germany😌. Also there were a very very interesting and cozy breakfast ( sweets and coffee with fruits ) 😋 But only one thing annoyed me and that was noisy guests in others rooms !

Good location to take public transport to the center and very friendly reception service. The hotel is large, the room for three people and the toilet looks like a hospital but everything is very big and very good, the truth is that for the price it is good eh

Basic but cheap, clean and very nice staff who speak perfect English. Ideal as a base for exploring as it’s close to train station & also the Mercedes Benz arena is very close. Rooms were big & the beds were comfortable Area appeared safe to walk back to hotel during the night also.

This was the first hotel I booked in Berlin. The location was very convenient; a shopping street was just a short walk away, and it had everything you could want. There was even a Vietnamese pho restaurant across the street – it was delicious, and we ate everything! Very old-fashioned hotel. We booked it during the exhibition, more than 300 euros per night, not worth the price. The door locks are all old-fashioned keys, and the hotel door is small and always closed. I don't like it. The only advantage is that the room is big

+ the staffs are friendly and swift + 6-er women only shared room has separate shower and toilet, it was kept very clean, it’s then up to the roommate to maintain or not; also in the room all very respectful and keep noises down - window was not noise-proof, later in the night outside was still very loud, ear-plug is a must-have

The staffs are nice and friendly. The location of the hostel is good but the laundry service is out of order during my stay unfortunately.

- Rooms are small + Bed was double and good +Bathroom is good - shower was terrible, water takes so long to adjust, and the absence of proper cabin is bad with the curtain pulled towards you due to air flow - no coffee table/kattle (I didn't ask either for the kattle because it would be useless without tea/coffee 😅) at this price (compare to other hotels)

I went downstairs with my luggage and spoke to Gökhan and he was very pleasant and super helpful, I let him know that my bus had left for Amsterdam and I had to go to the Embassy and try and apply for an Emergency Passport and if he could hold...

Rooms were clean and spacious BUT not sound proof. Our windows weren’t sound proof! And no ear plugs. Next to the ALL NIGHT party outside it was hard to sleep. Breakfast- no decaffeinated coffee nor hot chocolate. Limited fruit selection.

Good hotel with great staff We liked the Klassic. Our room had a funny noise and my husband thought it came from the air vent. We didn’t think we could sleep through it. Hubby talked to the front desk and they switched us to a better room. Very nice rooms and front desk staff was great! We would stay there again.

We didn’t know where was the elevator. We e came late so there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. It was closed. We got a secret room, it was interesting, we didn’t know we were getting the Cold War bunker lol

Absolutely amazing. Staff is vey nice, friendly, always eager to help and ready to go the extra-mile. Food is very good as well. For breakfast they even prepare as much fresh omelette for you as you want. Spa & Fitness amazing, equipment top-notch and not only normal gym, urban outdoor fitness, whirlpool, pool to swim laps, many saunas... which hardly anyone can offer on that overall solid quality...

I have mixed feelings after staying for a few days at Aspria hotel. I am a member of Aspria elsewhere and was curious to stay in Berlin. 99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk. For someone with a physical disability this was a challenge. But, otherwise, I loved the hotel and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I will be back!

Very interesting hotel, unique experience, high end and edgy at the same time

My wife and I had a wonderful four-night stay at the Oraina Hotel. The room, and all facilities, were very clean and well laid out. We loved the large windows in our room with a view to the Oranienplatz. The staff in the hotel, restaurant, and bar were very courteous and helpful.

One of our best stays anywhere. In a bohemian part of the city with lots of local restaurants. Easy to catch a bus to the city centre but also only a 20-25 minute walk. Great and friendly service. The bar and restaurant are beautifully styled with excellent food. Try the duck!

The staff is simply outstanding. So friendly! Everyone speaks English, so those of us who are not fluent in German are very comfortable at this property. The atmosphere is super comfortable. You’re right in the middle of a bustling area and close to the subway. Berlin is very safe, and this is a little oasis of luxury in the midst of a very hipster, diverse neighborhood.

This place is super convenient - it's only a short stroll to the train station, and there's a massive Asian supermarket just opposite.

There was a bit of a confusion at the start with my room yet to be cleaned, but after that everything went smoothly. The receptionist was nice and fixed the issue quickly. Room was okay, clean and had a decent size despite being the smallest option.

There is are nice view of the pyramids. In the morning, the sunrise makes me happy and wakes me up freshly. Also, the breakfast is tasty. Restaurant breakfast has American-style and Egyptian-style too. So you can pick up The receptionists are friendly and kind. I forgot jacket, so they called me to remind me.

A very pleasant hotel experience. I stayed for 18 nights, accompanying my daughter to take entrance exams for two top music conservatories in Berlin. The accommodations were comfortable, which helped her perform well on the exams. Before leaving, she had already received an offer from one of the schools! I'm so happy!

My daughter and I stayed there, two people. Our room was quite small but compact. Despite the cold weather, the room was very warm thanks to the underfloor heating. Although the location was very central, there were many drunk and homeless people under the bridge on the road we had to use to get to transportation lines. It was great! We got a very spacious room with everything one might need during the trip. The armchairs were amazingly comfortable (we even want to buy the same ones for our home). Not your typical hotel. Hard to find entrance, no one at reception (fully self service), no scope of early check-in/late check-out  and no place to leave your luggage. 

Friendly staff and so far so good with clean room and quiet ambiance

Great location/no elevator Very clean and conveniently located. My only comment is that there is no elevator and the 3’d floor rooms are equivalent to about 6 standard floors worth of walking. If your luggage is heavy, it might take a while to get up and down.

"Shabby-chique" Berlin (Charlottenburg) hotel with large, very high ceiling rooms, comfortable beds, excellent value for money, very near S-bahn station Savignyplatz, super location in general. I wouldn't mind coming back here!

Old hotel, our rooms were extremely small. Avoided the single bed rooms. Breakfast not available no staff before 2pm

The hostel's central location is its biggest advantage, being within a 5 to 10-minute walk to multiple metro stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The private apartments here are excellent for a low cost family stay. Great location, clean and secure. YES it is budget accommodation, there is not lift, the rooms are a little old, but its a perfect location and comfortable place to stay. We had not problems with safety/ security

Perfect location in Prenzlauer Berg, good basic hostel (with dorms and apartments) and a kitchen. Staff has been running this for over 20 years and will gladly help with any questions you night have.

I stayed for 7 days during the start of the summer. I really enjoyed my stay here and it wasnt too loud. We stayed in a small apartment that had its own small kitchen and the only thing that could have made it better would have been if the kitchen had a kettle. We ended up boiling water in a pan for tea which wasnt the worst outcome but it would have been better if the kitchen gad a kettle

I had the pleasure of staying at the yard for 10 days this past July. From check in to check out, the service was friendly and effecient. I stayed in large room and the room was spacious, cool, and had a great shower. The location was ideal for our purposes, it was a nice walk to the transit station and places of interest in Kreuzberg. Very nice stay. I’m a repeat guest and I do love this place. What slightly spoiled my enjoyment was the absence of a coffee machine in the room. Also they stopped offering room service, which the great staff tried to accommodate me as much as possible. But still for a property of this class, I’d expect that option. Having said all that I had yet again a great time and will happily return.

Its fine for a night. The man on reception was incredibly rude and unfriendly so didn’t get off to a good start. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was nice but there was no kettle or extra pillows so it wasn’t very comfortable and the reading light was broken.
