Hotel Klassik Berlin in Berlin

Great Service!!!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Klassik Berlin with a tour group and the morning i needed to check out i realised that I had lost my passport. I went downstairs with my luggage and spoke to Gökhan and he was very pleasant and super helpful, I let him know that my bus had left for Amsterdam and I had to go to the Embassy and try and apply for an Emergency Passport and if he could hold my bags which he happily agreed to and said he could help me with a room should I need it.

I came back to the hotel after finding out that it would take till Monday to get an emergency passport and Gökhan immediately and attentively asked me how did I go at the embassy which I explained to him that I would need a room for another 3 nights until I could get the passport to leave the country. He happily booked me in and let me have the same room I had used that morning which was perfect. 30 minutes later i had an email from the embassy saying that had pushed it though and my passport was ready. I went back to pick it up and returned to the hotel and told Gökhan what had happened. He asked me what i would like to do and I let him know I would let him know about 2 of the additional 3 nights I had added on.

When I returned to the hotel I was greeted by Michelle, she was smilingly alot and very engaging. I let Michelle know about the situation and she called up Gökhan and she preceded to the do the refund of the additional days, the whole time she was amazing to deal with and very understanding of the situation, very good customer service skills.

Thank you Gökhan and Michelle for being so genuine, you both have fantastic customer service skills and very empathetic to the whole situation which has brightened my day. Keep up the great work 💯

Good location, clean, good room
Room was decent size, and had mostly everything we needed. Good breakfast, excellent and friendly service. A good starting point for exploring the city.

Good hotel with great staff
We liked the Klassic. Our room had a funny noise and my husband thought it came from the air vent. We didn’t think we could sleep through it. Hubby talked to the front desk and they switched us to a better room. Very nice rooms and front desk staff was great! We would stay there again.
