The hotel is fantastic. We had a lovely little apartment with a bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, and a washer-dryer (Bosch Series 8!). The kitchenette was also very well-equipped. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

All in all a good hotel suited for a short stay. The area surrounding is good, a 15 min walk from an area filled with shops, restaurants and hip vibes. The showers in the room have zero privacy (transparent glass doors that can be seen from the bed) so when traveling for work and sharing rooms with coworkers it can be awkward.

Hotel is in a good area! No complaints about the service or room. I only would advise to consider other pillows since these ones are not very pleasant.

Perfect place to get your workout in since the elevator is not working. We got a free wake up call on the first night at 08am sharp thanks to the construction work done inside the building. I really enjoyed my stay in ibis. The room is basic but very comfortable and clean. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. WiFi was free. I didn't have breakfast so no comment. The location was excellent very close to tramp.

Stayed in this hotel on a work trip week of October 15th. Every thing about this hotel is just wonderful. From the moment you check in to time I checked out, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. Room was very comfortable and WiFi was good enough to enable work to be done. The location was grate. I was 20 minutes close to Marianplatz and 5 minutes close to Lidl and a shop complex. The service and the rooms were grate and they have the breakefast at only 7 euros and it was a very good one. So yes, I recomend this Hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, just a one or two-minute walk away, so it's very convenient for shopping or having a dinner

Excellent service, very clean and beautiful hotel

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

This is a good hotel in a southern suburb of Berlin. It is near an underground stop. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast that has wide variety of wholesome food, hot and cold.

Interesting This is a strange hotel. It looks like it was converted from a conference center. The WiFi wasn't great. But I have to say I had a great night's sleep. Employees were very friendly

This hotel came recommended by my now retired travel agent. Not as good as some of her previous recommendations. But still centrally located. Close to all types of trains. Surrounded by places to eat. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Provided a fan which was good given temperatures when i was there. It’s an old building but well maintained. Breakfast was very good

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a metro station in the city center and very close to Checkpoint Charlie. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited with not much to choose from. On the upside, the price is not high, so it offers decent value for money.

The Hotel and room was very clean. Everyday they cleaned the room and change the towels. The location was very near to brandenburg tor and potsdamer platz, 15 minutes by walking. Checkpoint Charlie is 5 minutes by foot. It was easy to Connect to metro.

Such a nice hotel with super friendly staff. All went really well. The interior is beautiful and clean, I really liked the style. The location is perfect. It is incredibly how they have succeeded with such easygoing atmosphere while the surroundings are the most hectic parts of Berlin. The only minus is that the internet connection is super bad.

While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities...

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

Nice place if you just need a bed to sleep in, good value for the price, great location in the city centre and close to many sights. Also well connected if you want to explore other parts. I stayed at Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz and overall had a pretty good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the heating in the room was excellent — the space felt warm and very comfortable throughout my stay. The hostel’s common areas and facilities were also quite nice. The only downside was the cleanliness inside my dorm room. Some roommates didn’t maintain good hygiene...

The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. Stayed with our two kitties for a chill firework free new years, could not recommend more. Fireworks are prohibited in the property and they’re pet friendly. The place is quiet, in the middle of the forest, on a lake shore. We like the environment, and the breakfast was good. But if you crave city vibes and/or hate East German retro styling, you might do better at another place.

A super nice hotel, near Berlin airport (Brandenburg). About 25 minutes drive from the car rental place. A lots of parking space. The room is well equipped and big enough for 4 persona's. There is a Bunk Bed and quiet comfortable king sized double bed. The windows are directed to the local forest and there was a nicest sound of trees and leaves in a wind, that was forgotten. My daughter has stayed here twice at German camp. Very clean rooms and nice surroundings. It's set on a lake in the middle of a forest. Historically it's interesting too as this is where the old east German big wigs hung out.

In 2023 we had an excellent experience with this hotel, hence for a big family gathering we wanted this hotel again and booked 4 rooms. Unfortuately 2 of the rooms were very cold, the hotel managed to fix this though. But the cleaning was subpar and all in all lower standard than it used to. Its still good vakue for money and veey central amd the staff is friendly. But very cold to stay in the winter

For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible. Furthermore, I paid more for the room at check-in than what was listed on Trip.com when I booked.

Very nice room. I appreciate the disposable toothbrush. The floor is cold and no disposable slippers are included. The elevator is strangely tiny and complicates movement around the hotel.
