Great location/no elevator
Very clean and conveniently located. My only comment is that there is no elevator and the 3’d floor rooms are equivalent to about 6 standard floors worth of walking. If your luggage is heavy, it might take a while to get up and down.

"Shabby-chique" Berlin (Charlottenburg) hotel with large, very high ceiling rooms, comfortable beds, excellent value for money, very near S-bahn station Savignyplatz, super location in general. I wouldn't mind coming back here!

Old hotel, our rooms were extremely small. Avoided the single bed rooms.

Beautiful old hotel near lots of attractions.
Great to see the area,and nice to stay in such an old building,lots of history.

It is an easy 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn. We were very happy with the location. Beds were comfortable, right across from a bakery and 100 m from Kurfürsten Damm.

The room was very spacious. A small oil radiator was installed for heating. That was just about enough and it wasn't even winter. My comments about a defective power strip (the casing was almost falling apart) and a missing socket cover were completely ignored. For this reason alone I cannot give a positive review here.

Room was neat and clean and good shower. Close to S bhan and buses to city centre.Had to wait for the receptionist to arrive for 15 minutes, as it is a family run hotel so it is good to tell the time of arrival in advance which I had but my flight got delayed and I arrived nearly an hr later than I had said I would. But receptionist was friendly and helpful when he finally arrived. BTW there is no breakfast even if it says breakfast included in the reservation. However there are plenty of cafe's and eating places nearby.

No elevators or elevators not working.
Front desk not staffed and you may be lucky to find someone to help you.
Entry Keys did not work and couldn't enter the building. Luckily it occurred during the day.
Rugs on steps are torn in some place and are a tripping harzard.

Great hotel - good, spacious rooms, lovely service. Gym was a bit small and there were no robes. Great otherwise.

The hotel is close to the S-Bahn (suburban train), shops, and sights/places to visit. The staff is very professional, kind, and smiling.
The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an outlet/power socket next to the bed in the room where I stayed. Perhaps other rooms have outlets on both sides of the bed.
The breakfast is fabulous, with many very tasty options. There is a small refrigerator in the room. I highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed at Park Plaza Berlin twice, and every time I visit Berlin, I make sure to book here. The hotel is super clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is quiet yet very convenient. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. It's a little bit of a walk from the nearest sbahn.

The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. But I hadn't expected to have to list everything I needed doing :) I asked for fresh towels and coffee which I got, but the bins were also overflowing as it's been there a few days.

Decent place with reasonable prices.

The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience.

The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.
