I booked this place because it was advertised as a four-star hotel, but it was nothing of the sort. Even though I had already paid around $700, I received no prior email or contact. As a traveler from far Asia, I had to wait outside close to midnight, which was extremely unsafe. There was no detailed explanation about this process at the time of booking. The photos also looked completely different from the actual exterior, making it very difficult to find the place. I barely managed to enter with the help of local guests, who seemed to know the process well — it appears this system is only suitable for domestic or European visitors.

In addition, although I stayed for five nights, there was no cleaning service and not even complimentary water provided. I also asked several times via email about the taxes, but my messages were only read and never answered. The reception was not functional at all after 11 p.m., making it impossible to get direct help with urgent issues.

Moreover, the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor, the power outlets kept working and then failing repeatedly, which disrupted my work, and the unified switch system was inconvenient to use. Dust was also noticeable, showing poor cleanliness. Most importantly, there was no reception desk to properly address these situations.

In short, this was an unfriendly and unreliable hotel. I will not return.

Very well placed hotel in a nice & vibrant area, close to trendy shops. Then all the rest is really not nice. Reception : you need to wait 15 min to have someone attending you. No food available when arriving late, no advice where to go to grasp something. Rooms are not being cleaned, and are very noisy so you get all the charms of the conversations from the street. Really an hotel to avoid.

This place is full of pretense but little doing. I stayed for three nights, the room never got cleaned. They have some ridiculous sign that only if you want to be disturbed they'd serve you. No one came to clean the room whether the sign asking to be disturbed (I assume in normal hotels is is simple "please clean" or some such) was out or not. Breakfast was skimpy. And altogether everything is full of pomposity but few amenities. The bus tub in the room doesn't make it better, a designer trunk but no closet is not useful. The area is great but paying all this money for pomposity is a bit much. And really, make a habit to clean rooms at least every other day.

I pay hotel prices for the daily cleaning, towel refresh, and bed making. I'm on vacation paying hotel rates so I expect maid service daily. At no point during booking or on their website do they mention every second night - we stayed four night and only had 1 maid service. Not acceptable at the prices we paid. Might as well rent a room from a boarder or airBnB. I pay for hotel for those luxuries.
If the hotel had advertised this I would have immediately stayed elsewhere
I thought location was great but there are countless other hotels in that area we would have picked over this had we known.

Will not recommend this hotel, and will review it wherever I can - response from hotel is irrelevant. I asked when I checked in, immediately after being told about their policy, that I would rather have my room clean daily. I was told that was not possible. because of this I cannot justify raising my review to anything above a one star. I did not enjoy my stay
we were told at check-in that if we needed more towels we could go downstairs to get them ourselves. They neglected to include a floor mat when we checked into the room so first shower flooded. And we didn't have ANY extra to use to dry. So right off the bat we had no choice but to go get our extra, necessary towels
Even when they did clean they did not put new towels out
There was a poorly placed wood table at the end of the bed. The bed was 6" (15cm) from the wall. If youre the unlucky fella to get that side of bed, good luck not hitting your shins every. Single. Time you get out of bed and get back in. Especially in the dark when you go to pee.
Stupid design!!! I'm covered in shin bruises.

Read the reviews of those calling it a hostel. So accurate!!!
