I have seen a negative reviews before I book this hotel, but I would say management is now changed and rooms looks very neat and clean, front desk is awesome and very professional. I would highly recommend.

Conveniently located near both the railway and bus stations, with plenty of small shops around. It’s also very close to the main streets downtown. The staff was friendly, and the room felt incredibly comfortable.

Disastrous hotel!!! The gypsy at the reception made the beds with the same sheets as those who slept previously and without even disinfecting the bathroom... To be reported to the competent authorities... never again in a hotel like this...

This disgusting hotel gets one star. Let’s start with the positive. The guy at the front desk was very sweet and the water pressure was good in the shower. But everything else was just disappointing . From when you walk in to your room and a stank of and old antique shop mixed with cigarette smoke is the first thing you smell. Then you look around a bit. The more you look the worse it gets. Dirt on the floors, stains on your sheets and a broken door. If it wasn’t because we came later in the night and are only staying for one night, I would have left immediately. If you are looking to book a room here DONT! Take a room at the holiday inn. Wish I did that…

I give it five stars because it has amazing people and amazing view and the manager is amazing this hotel is amazing and has a reasonable price nd the food is not expensive it's theperfect hotel to spend a night or two it's an amazing hotel I give it more than 5/5 I give it a 100/100❤❤p

Good location as it is quite near to Frankfurt main station and main tourists spot. Reasonable room price. The receptionist is very friendly.

Absolutely wonderful Hotel Staff are great very helpful they helped me withj many things The location is excellent and very central The room was very clean with en suite and best of all was the price which for Franffurt was incredibly affordable
