Location is perfect if you need a place close to the highway. And still it is quite, a forrest close by, restaurant next door.

Staff is nice but the hotel smells a bit cigarette

Not good at all. Hotel very noisy, need refreshing. The breakfast not good. Nothing warm apart from the coffée. No eggs, the bread wasn't even fresh. The matrasses are very bad, we all had bad back and pain. Totally waist of money.

Don't be fooled by the photos, the hotel is a bit like visiting faulty towers! Booked twin room and ended up with a double bed for myself and colleague, it gets two stars as staff on desk was very helpful even if we had to visit another two rooms before finding one with two beds.
Beds were uncomfortable and room was very tired looking with threadbare carpets and scuffed furniture. Bathroom was actually surprisingly ok!
In summary it's more of a two star hotel than four stars

Nice looking Hotel, very nice staff, the rooms are small with cheaper furnishings then expected...very small single beds pushed together and one squeeked all nght with every move you made. Shower dripped.

Novem is a nice hotel not to far from the tram line. The rooms are comfortable an well equiped.
