Ars Vivendi Garni in Koln

I am in Germany on the road a lot, and more often in Hotels on the road. This was to date, by far the Worst in the last five years. WHY:
Positive: - the room is large, fan for the summer, tile floor clean, mini bar filled, Wi-Fi, Safe-Deposit box

Negative: - reception on weekends only until 19.39 at 22 hours a day in the week
- the bed is Cracking an imposition, creaking with every movement
- the bathroom: tiles on the wall in part broken and fixed with screws, solid lime, and questionable mold buildup in the shower area (only with flip-flops) - photo documented
- Toilettenspül filling dripped down with the self-employed between the rinsing
- three electrical outlets in the entire room ( incl. Night table, lamp and TV)
SERVICE: when you demand the quickest route to the Convention center and the staff could give no information (on foot, by train,....)
- Kindness of the ladies in the Breakfast room for improvement, no good Morning,.....
- Breakfast: a bun places, and the coffee was probably the third Filter pass - the worst coffee I have in 30 years have drunk!!!!
Technology: the Elevator had a TÜV SEAL of approval, which expires in July 2016 - today 29.09.2016??!!

All in all, to Unlearn. Not to be recommended.

The owner Mr. Radermacher is a Nazi. I called to apply for a job and he told me in the second sentence that he want's nothing to do with turkish people, but for me a a russian he would make a difference. He is a shame for the humanity. I would even not put one leg in this Hotel.

The owner of Mr Radermacher is a Nazi. I have a call in to apply for a Job. He said in the second sentence that he wants to do with "these Turks in front of the door," nothing for me, as a Russian, but an exception would make. I am appalled by this statement. He is a disgrace to humanity.

Just gone to book a room at this 'hotel' and was informed that this is a private hotel so why on earth is it still being advertised.
