It's very close to the Düsseldorf Pavilion, and the family-run guesthouse offers excellent service. Although small, it's very cozy. Just be sure to check in early; they stop accepting guests after 8 PM.

Hotel did not prepare the correct number of beds and when we arrived and asked for it to be fixed, they instead canceled the reservation and tried to keep half the deposit. Worst hotel experience ever. Beware!

(Take any reply from them with a grain of salt - they answer 1-star reviews nastily or try to discredit.)

Excellent friendly service in a very clean and quiet hotel. It was nicer than represented in the photos. The breakfast was as exceptional as well:)

We saw this hotel at booking while we were home, but we didn’t want to rush and wanted to see it before booking because the location was wery important to us. We went there and i don’t remember that anyone else was so rude anywhere in the world like this time. The guy that opened the door ( because they don’t have 24/7 open desk) was very very rude, because we came twice. As i say the location was very important and the price normally too. The first time they offer smaller ammount than booking, but the second time more 100 euro, so i asked if i can make reservation from booking because it is cheaper?! I do this all the time and did not have a problem at all. While he was talking on the phone, he STARTED OFENDING us to the other person at other language (that we understood well) so we leave and find another hotel better and cheaper. I work with customers too and i never disrespect anyone because i love my job and working with people, and when they come they know that they came at right place.

Friendly and familiar staff that welcomed us in Dusseldorf. Very close to the Messe and the Fortuna's stadium, quiet area during the weekend. It has also a few grocery stores nearby and free parking in the main street.

The room was surprisingly way bigger than expected, with complimentary coffee and a enough space for multiple bags.

Comfortable room in nice, cosy hotel, with normal breakfast, next to the tram taking right into the city centre. Pleasant walking distance to the expo centre also. Good value for money.

It was beautiful and amazing and they left us gummy bears and comfy beds. There was also a copy of Eddie Murphy - Party all the Time on vinyl.

Stayed here for 10 day show at Dusseldorf Messe. Nice place but if you have a front room bar below can be a bit noisy.
