The atmosphere is friendly, positive and "homey".
But the most remarkable thing is the service. Just had a problem with a printed receipt from a stay over a year ago. Needed a reprint, send a mail, 20 minutes later received a pdf. And that's just one of the great things they surprise you with.
The location is perfect. 10 minutes of footpath and one is in the middle of the action and on the banks of the Rhine.

Negative:
- my bathroom had not been properly cleaned, so that I found everywhere dark hair
even after my request to remove it, nothing happened
- at night it is quite noisy and you need a deep sleep, alcohol, or earplugs in order to sleep in here
