Good room. Good breakfast. However no elevator, internet not working. Shower unstable with hot and cold water.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic traditional hotel. Beautiful, spotless room and great breakfast with yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, hams, cheeses, salad, bacon, sausages, egg, cake, fruit juices, tea, coffee. Highly recommended.

Fantastic cozy hotell. Breakfast amazing and our room on 3rd floor had a view over a cozy courtyard.
We woke up 4 am to fantastic birdsong from the courtyard, you couldn't believe you were in the city.

Excellent hotel, vintage look of the room. Within a walking distance of center town museums.

Hotel is located in a very central and quiet area, everywhere is within walking distance which is great. Rooms are beautifully designed and gave a lot of comfort. Only bad thing about this hotel that led me give 3 stars for overall was the internet connection. We as a family were not able to connect to the hotel wifi from any of our devices for three days. I had my data on my phone however my parents didn't and they couldn't use wifi for the duration of our stay.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy. Rooms are very specially decorated and are spacious.
However - the water was hot /cold which made the shower terrible. Our room had no toilet paper or Kleenex and the front desk lady left. I had to go looking for some. The next morning the staff wanted to charge me for parking ( which was free for me) and a room upgrade ( which was offered to me the night before ).
The morning staff and the evening staff don’t communicate.

Great place! Good service. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The location could not be better. Even though the morning staff doesn't speak English they have taken good care to figure out what I need. Special thanks to Chris who made me feel very welcome!

What a surprising hotel! True little gem - and really 5 stars. HUGE rooms, every mod con - including AC!! Fantastic breakfast, set of what appears to be an old mansion - must have survived the bombings as it clearly was built WAY before the 1950's. Rooms with huge 4 poster beds, dressing gowns, sofas, huge chandelier in the room, high ceilings . . . a really great - and unexpected find. Highly, highly recommended.
