Garner Hotel Dusseldorf - Main Station by IHG, Dusseldorf1 / 30

Dusseldorf, Graf-Adolf-Strasse 94 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
it’s a small room but very clean and super friendly staff! near the central station and overall very central in the city. already my second time there would recommend !!
My hotel stay was generally good as it matched the price point. The room was clean and comfortable for a very short stay. Location was great as it was close to the central station
The reception area is clean and welcoming with lovely décor, the staff are friendly, and the room was awesome—comfortable, modern, and well thought out. Facilities were great and everything felt well maintained
Nice hotel, just need a refregrator in the room, however every thing was fine. Very helpful lady at reception, sorry I did not get her name, thank you very much 😊
Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from Düsseldorf train station and only 8 minutes to my company’s office, which made life incredibly easy
The only downside? No kettle in the room. A small tragedy for tea lovers everywhere. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and I’d happily return

Cheap and cheerful and for the price for a triple room with breakfast you cant fault it. Right in the heart of the old town . Bars and restaurants galore. 20min walk from central station or 5 min on the U bahn
Friendly family run hotel in altstadt. Great value
very noisy very central, however did not realise, hotel has extra rooms across the street, and also down the street a bit. We were put into one of these rooms
Located in Düsseldorf's Old Town, this hotel, with its friendly staff and wonderful breakfast buffet, offers both business travelers and tourists a balanced start to the day and a relaxing end to the day
We were in Düsseldorf for a sports training course and would be happy to return to this hospitable hotel at the next opportunity. Thank you very much 😊 Highly recommended 👍
Yes, bar was fine. Breakfast spread was good, but sadly no lactose-free milk. Otherwise, my husband enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the central train station on a quiet street. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious. An iron and ironing board were provided upon request. Everything was perfect.
Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet
Better than I thought, clean and large room(s), it's a little bit to warm, friendly people (we had a problem with the parking and they helped us), there is free tea and coffee in the lobby.
Excellent breakfast The hotel is not far from the station but located on a quiet and safe street. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent
Quadruple room for a family of four was perfect size and space to relax and not feel cramped. Bathrooms are modern and clean.
I also appreciated that tea and coffee were available throughout the day. The linen and towels were fresh and clean

Perfect location near the centre. Nice room, comfortable beds, and very professional staff. I will definitely consider booking here again.
Nice hotel located at about 1km from the center. The building is a little old, but rooms are nice and quite modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is really kind and helpful. Nice buffet for breakfast.
The location is superb—right at a tram stop and just steps from a beautiful park, where I even caught a free music concert. After an evening out in the Altstadt, the walk back was easy and pleasant
A great hotel with absolutely convincing personal service. The room design is pleasant and clear. There are contemporary art and catalogues by artists with a connection to Düsseldorf in the rooms
Breakfast was excellent value for money—you’d be hard-pressed to find a more generous spread at that price anywhere in Düsseldorf. From check-in to check-out, everything ran flawlessly
I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and newly renovated, each with its own en suite shower and WC

Close to Bismarckplatz rail and bus center. Front door locked when check-in desk unmanned at night but easy to unlock with room key to enter. We will definitely stay again
We chose this hotel because of the good value for the location. We were just a few minutes away from a main shopping street without paying a bundle. We enjoyed the kind staff at the hotel and our recently renovated room
The WiFi and air conditioning worked well and met our expectations. Our room was exactly as described online. I loved relaxing in a bath here as no other hotel on our vacation had such a spacious bathroom and tub
Wife and I were in Heidelberg again to see son at university and visit Christmas markets. Arrived at FRA off our Delta flight early before check in time but our room was ready and we checked in right away
Front staff helpful in arranging very early morning checkout, getting extra pillows and recommending shopping suggestions. Convenient location to busy Hauptstrasse area but not as noisy
The hotel is a good value, is charming and we would certainly recommend it to other travelers

Very Central to the old town, no 10 minutes on foot
A good accommodation for our business stay in Dusseldorf. Staff was good, free wifi, free transport ticket and good breakfast. Near city center. Too expensive during our stay for k-2016 exhibition.
Very good Hotel with a Central location. At trade fairs and events in düsseldorf's old town perfectly. Breakfast is rich and the staff very well trained. Price/performance Top!
Friendly receptionist at the check-in, willing to take her time to explain everything. Wifi provided, public transport cards were provided(entrance to Metro is less then 100metres), room looked clean and cozy.
Best service for a long time! Central and comfortable. We liked it very much. We will gladly come back again.
Hotel is ok for the price and located in a pretty good position to reach both the city center and the city fair. Even though it is not the best looking hotel, I would still recommend it for a short stay in Düsseldorf.

Staff is very helpful and kind, the breakfast is so tasty, this is a peaceful and quite hotel, near the Hofgarten, in the mornings you can go walking after breakfast. The location is also very good

We had a room at first floor, near Breakfast room. The room was nice, very high ceilings and you see, that it’s really old house, but it’s interesting. Location to center could be little bit better.
Only 15 minutes from old town city centre 👌
Parking and space for offloading is very limited. Reception was not open when we arrived: More like an 'aparthotel'. Walkable to the centre and close to Parkland and a large supermarket
Optimally designed for those who come for business, such as exhibitions or conferences. In short, a good hotel and convenient location close to public transport
Great welcome, spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet, and parking is to discuss. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very friendly Russian speaking personal. Good location.

If you're looking for a cheap place to use as a base to explore Dusseldorf, I'd definitely recommend here. It's a 5 minute walk from the Central train station and within walking distance to Dusseldorf centre too
Clean, rooms are a bit old style but it does not mean they are bad, quiet and good location. I would come back.
The staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable and clean. Although there was quite the unidentified ominous smell in one of our rooms. If you want to save some cash, here is the place for you!
Plus=hotel is walking distance from Altstadt and close to public transportation (Unbanh and Hauptbanhof);room was clean and bathroom also. Minus:hotel is quite old with worn fornitures
The room was a little small but ok, the staff friendly. The biggest Problem was to find a Parking space for a VAN. The car parks in the area are only designed to 1.80.
My bed (single) was narrow and not confortable. Room in general was small,I had difficulty in opening and closing doors and moving around the room

The location is good if you're going to an event in Mitsubishi Electric Hall, overall it's 15 mins from central railway station, 3 mins from Aldi and also the tram station is very close What's not so good is the lack of amenities, it's practically nothing apart from shower gel No slippers, toothbrush or hygiene kit
Don't disappoint by yourself: if you carry heavy luggage, you must ask the reservation to offer you one of the rooms at the ground floor. FINAL COMMENTS :I recommend this hotel for its touch of unique personality
After the reservation , on my phone I received an SMS message with a code number: outside the building there is a secured box. I dialed the code and the key immediately fell down inside the little hole of the box
Very clean, everywhere is very clean from the threshold of the street entrance till the last part of the building i walked on. The owner is really a patron of arts. Maybe he is an architect or an artist
My 4 night stay was great at this boutique style hotel. Clean room, great wifi and breakfast was great with fresh brewed tea. Thomas was very friendly and helpful. Glad my cousin made the suggestion
SURROUNDINGS : the district is aresidential German -German area where families and salarymen live. It means in the evening there are NO parking spaces available on the near streets

For breakfast (if you prefer to be served), there are some very nice options, such as Oehme Bakery or Rosie's. We were very happy with our stay
It's more of a boutique hotel than just a hotel. It's located on a quiet, cosy street within walking distance of the main attractions
The room was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen and three small balconies, and the bathroom was also large
A fantastic hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were perfect for us. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The location is also excellent
Our suite included a tastefully furnished living room with a sofa, desk, large kitchenette (with complimentary drinks in the refrigerator), a small dining table, and a balcony facing the courtyard; a bright marble bathroom with a walk-in rain shower (good water pressure, fluffy towels); and a bedroom with a king-size bed (firm mattress), a spacious wardrobe, and a second balcony facing the street
High-quality materials and a distinctive color scheme were clearly used throughout. Although the bedroom faced the street, I slept wonderfully. My only wish would have been for a softer pillow

Not far from the central train station, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are many Japanese restaurants, and the environment is good
It was so clean and staff was kind. If you want to be in city center its a big advantage
Located in the Japanese district 10 min walk from the station and 10 min from the very convenient center
Very nice hotel, recently refurbished. Rooms very nice and clean, hotel is located in the middle of a busy city but the windows are soooo good that you can't hear any outdoor noises. Beautiful and tasty breakfast

Location is perfect and close to Dusseldorf HBF just on 2 mins walking distance. The place is safe, rooms are clean and size is quite enough. Drawers and enough wardrobe providing space for your clothes
Breakfast is 12 € and regarding my previous experiences in Germany hotels it was in standard range and quite sufficient. Variety of cheese, jams, honey, breads and eggs. Coffee and tea, fresh orange juice was available
A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable firm bed. Great location, super close to Düsseldorf Hbf and the old Kraftwerk studio. Plenty of areas near for food and drink. Balcony, separate toilet & spacious shower
All in all I am pretty fine to recommend this nice hotel. I also need to add that front desk is very helpful, friendly and kind which is very important from my perspective
TV, hair dryer, enough plugs are benefits. The room was I stayed was on the back side of hotel and it was completely silent
Totally fine for the price. Room was clean and bed comfortable

All rooms are freshly renovated with taste and quality materials. Price to value - BEST! Stone throw from central station, walking distance to the old town. There is plenty hotels around
Pastry, salads and house-made ice cream on the ground floor are next level! Metropol-Rooms offers full range of rooms, from tiny single rooms to very spacious doubles, so I could always get something within the budget
It’s a lovely, comfy and well located hotel attached to a delicious bakery and run by a beautiful Greek family! Super recommended: Mediterranean hospitality at its best!
Room is clean & neat staff is fantastic. Really easy to go any where and main station just 2 mints away from you. plus all staff is really friendly & helpful
I love it and I am sure my next visit will be with metropol room. even they gave room before time of check In. i am thank full to all of staff here

Not suitable for people who like to enjoy hotel services. You need to get your own keys when checking in at the hotel. Customer service speaks German, English and French. The hotel is clean and the location is great
There is a parking space at the door. As soon as you go out, across the road is the Rhine River Park. On the left is the Rhine TV Tower, Düssel's landmark building. Very suitable for couples to vacation
This is a chain store similar to a B&B. This building is a century-old culturally protected building that has been renovated. It looks old on the outside but new on the inside
Great Service apartment, would like to try the suite with large balcony on my next trip
Very good hotel in a good location.
Dusty and stuffy, Also old. Smaller than expected. Photos do not reflect actual space.

new and fancy rooms. very central location. If you like to stay in the old town. this is the perfect place despite the relatively small room size.
The hotel is located right in Düsseldorf's Old Town. Therefore, you can hear everything that's happening in the pedestrian zone. Opening the windows is possible, but not advisable at night due to the noise
The central location Very cozy and comfortable Appliances Many plugs
The noise level surprised me! The windows must be incredibly well-insulated; you could barely hear the rest of the party on the street. The only drawback, if you're not very comfortable with the place, is the bathroom
There are no reviews; everything is handled via email and WhatsApp (a plus for me, it was super easy, you get the code for the safe containing the key, and you can always message with questions, etc
air conditioning would be very helpful here. The stairwell is old, but the room itself was perfectly fine. Service was only available by phone, including contact information for the key safe

Very cozy hotel, I really liked the design of the rooms and the service was good. The location is a bit far though from the city center. Big plus for accommodating two cats
We definitely enjoyed our stay at Henri. Breakfast was really good, nice crispy bacon and fresh products. Even later in the morning everything was still topped up. Would be nice to have a smart tv to stream to

Impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. Little Tokyo is also nearby, so it is recommended for Japanese people. Within a 10 minute walk from the central station, it is easy to find as it faces the street.
Rooms seemed recently renovated/furnished and we had the essentials that you could expect for a hotel room (fridge, kettle, TV, fan). Solid location being walkable to the central station and the old town
Pretty small rooms, no breakfast, dirty and smelly. But staff is very polite and price is cheap. Good location near the central station.
VERY NICE STAY/HOTEL Dette var en meget positiv opplevelse, svært god valuta for pengene. Midt i sentrum, bra renhold, gode senger. Ikke noe å sette fingeren på ift hvor rimelig det er å bo her.
We had a good deal and price for our stay during the busy summer months. Extremely friendly and hospitable staff providing great service at the moment of our arrival during our entire stay
I believe his name was Karam and he went above and beyond his duties. He even helped us store our heavy luggage after our check out, which allowed us to explore the city during a heatwave

Very central, only 5 minutes to the river
Enjoy staying here. In the middle of everything and well connected. Clean, sanitary apartment.
Perfectly located small hotel in altstadt. Walking distance from anything one needs. Street side rooms can bee noisy during holidays. Breakfast is OK but space very limited. No lift, four floors.
I arrived a bit late and the keys were in a key safe - the instructions said I'd been sent a code in an email which I don't think I received - however it was quickly sorted by a call to the number on the instructions
Average hotel Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good location in old town but very basic hotel. No elevators and hallways were pretty dirty, doors in my room opened to a fire escape which weren't very secure.

Location: not the best place in town but save. Near the train station and city center. Rooms: nice and tidy but rather small
Everything clean - very Central location. You can walk in the city and in the surrounding area there are enough stores to fill the stomach. However, the Hotel is located right next to several sex shops
Reception is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than average. So close to nightlife, königsgalle and haubtbahnhof. I suggest the hotel to everyone that is not specially looking for luxary
Bussines trip, staff spoke english, nice reception, reasonable room size, free wifi, could watch youtube. Diner are not the largest, had space for about 20 ppl, but no more. I think reception worked close to 24/7
Overall: if you are looking for place where you get good value for your money's worth, this hotel is fine. However, I would not suggest it for longer stays
Clean hotel in a very convenient location – just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Excellent value for money, and very friendly staff!
