Very good location , in the middle of City Center ; parking recommended to be booked in this area as hotel park places are limited .

I was apprehensive about the hotel as it was a very small one but after arriving my impression changed. Not because it was bigger than expected but because of the service. All the staff were quite courteous and helpful

This small family run hotel is located in a quiet area in Dusseldorf. It is maybe 10 min taxi drive to old town, we did not try the public transportation but saw stops closeby the hotel

There was plenty to choose from, different types of breads, cheeses, meats, youghurts, berries fruits and 4 different types of juices. Really tasty and nice layout too

Rooms are pretty small but clean and there is everything you need for a short stay. You can open the windows and there is aircon as well

Decent hotel in the centre of town with all amenities you could need close by. Very small underground car park with very few spaces do not take a large vehicle

Possibly to have Continental/Japanese/German/ breakfast. Especially JP breakfast is offer Miso soup, Natto, Shimesaba and rice every morning. Free WIFI is not belong to hotel

In this hotel food was OK, I can say that is very clean and pleasant smell, the staff are polite, even if you do not know the German language will agree it is still possible, and that is important a very comfortable bed, only downside not enough lighting, but again as anyone, but still shows up on TV Russian channel

very old 4 star hotel, sound isolation is a joke.i cant even find the do not disturb sign in the room! but a single bed room i booked in the same day i arrived costs only around 34euro/night. great location by the way.

This hotel is on the edge of the center, so the location is great. There is also a parking garage underneath the hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but certainly fine for one night! Cozy hotel.

You can reach the main train station in 10 minutes on foot. The room was large and new. We didn't have breakfast but there were many different options to drink and eat. Next time we would like to stay again.

There is no parking around the hotel, and the hotel itself does not offer parking. The nearest parking facility is about 100 meters away and costs €19. The elevator is suitable for only one person at a time

The breakfast was great. I had to leave the room at 11.30 and I asked them the favour to stay one hour longer. They not only said yes but also told me to take a coffee. Incredibly kind, great staff!

In my written reservation request, I clearly mentioned that due to a recent surgery, I needed a warm or at least a normally heated room. However, the room I received was completely cold

The service was quite good, the person at the front desk was calm and spoke English pretty well. The room was small but cozy. All in all it was a good place to stay for a night.

Location is perfect inside centroom

The room was clean. Towels and other amenities were changed, making for a very pleasant stay. It's also only about a 10-minute walk from the central station.

Simple hotel, 5 min walk from main station, very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the room facing the street was a bit noisy even if traffic is limited by night.

Staff were friendly and informative about the surrounding areas. This makes a break so much more enjoyable.

Hotel is located off the busiest Immermannstrasse and quiet area close to Rhein and Best Japanese restaurant Hyuga. Very kind staff and great breakfast! Definitely reccomend.

Breakfast is amazing. Wifi is fast, shower is hot and high pressure, beds and pillows are comfy. This 3star is easily a 4star in other places.

Definitely a 5 star for value for money. The cons: it's only a block from the train station, so not the best neighborhood. As others have noted the interior is showing its age a bit

It is also very accessible with the uBahn but this isn't a necessity. 2 minute walk from an aldi or lidl also so you wont go hungry! Staff are all very hospitable people. We only have two complaints with our stay

Overall, the Novum Ko is a good hotel in a great location and while there is room for improvement, it definitely does not deserve all of the complaints its previously had and we would stay here again

However, if it is not included, do not have it as it isn't worth much, the selection is very small and limited and there is very little seating

The other complaint is with breakfast but it's not major. As it was included in our price, we cannot complain as we arnt paying for it

However, the hotel area is small so there is not alot they can do and shouldn't be criticised for this
