A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable firm bed. Great location, super close to Düsseldorf Hbf and the old Kraftwerk studio. Plenty of areas near for food and drink. Balcony, separate toilet & spacious shower. Tourist attraction all in short walking distance.

Normally a barely 3 stars hotel near the main train station in Dusseldorf, very high price per rum because it was during exhibition otherwise I would rate this hotel average , enough 75 to 80 Euro per night, unfortunately during events a rum is around 250 Euro night, rums are old but the bed was ok, the staff were very nice.

The place is very close to the train station. My room was looking towards the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. It has most standard hotel conveniences. They only had one pillow, so I ordered one and they gave it to me.

Perfect location but really poor standards.
The Location of the Hotel is perfect, just next to the Train Station. However, the bed was really hard and Old, the rooms were old and in poor shape - they need a restauration. The light at the bathroom was blinking and turn on an off constantly. Looked and seemed more like a hostel than a 3 star Hotel.

They charged me twice. I paid online and they had me pay again at the hotel. They said it the first time was just a guarantee. When I checked my bank I found out I was charged twice. I had to wait 2 days for the manager to get my money back. If I was staying for just a day or two I would be stuck.
The staff is okay but they don’t speak English. I don’t understand what kind of hotel doesn’t have one person who speaks English.
The noise isolation is horrible. I could hear everything that was happening in the floor. Rooms away!

Scammers.. They told us that they dont have a 2-singlebed room and moved us to a 3 single bed room. First they told that we wont have to pay extra and then they charged us at check-out. Untrustworthy company.

in a week they paid for a room for a mother with a child, in one day they wrote an email request for a late booking. The answer came in the second half of the next day, after a repeated letter asking if they could settle after 21:00, the answer was negative. Why was it not reported earlier about this, and when people were already on their way? You just have no conscience!

Very well Located hotel under unskilled and rude staff. We stayed 4 days there. Rooms were OK, as not bad. But the staff was not polite and helpful. Really need to be some professional staff there to attract customers. The staff was too dry to help. As we were big family with kids and grand parents, in this situation you need some extra help or sort of favour, which normally hotels provide and understand your situation. But this hotel staff was really like dry and rude
