The hotel is in the perfect location if you plan to take the train multiple times during your stay.
The staff was really friendly, and they even asked personally how we wanted out eggs during breakfast. A very home-like environment.

The rooms were OK, nothing to write home about. They were clean, but showed signs of wear over the years. In my room (Room 32) the shower was weirly hard to access, without any lighting.

All in all, if you only plan to sleep there, its adequate.

Terrible experience — never again!
We booked this hotel for one night last summer through Booking.com, traveling with a small child. Right after booking, I realized we wouldn’t make it on time because our flight was landing late and their check-in closes around 11 PM.
I cancelled the booking just 2 minutes later, but the hotel charged the full amount (~€80) and refused to refund it.
I called them to explain — they were cold and unfriendly, said they couldn’t help.
Then I contacted Booking.com, and their staff told me that the hotel could have refunded the payment if they wanted to, but they chose not to do anything.
The next day I even went to the hotel personally to talk — still no result.
Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. No understanding, no empathy, no respect for guests.
Avoid this place — there are many better hotels in Düsseldorf that actually care about their customers.

I have stayed 2 nights..Location is perfect and close to Dusseldorf HBF just on 2 mins walking distance..The place is safe, rooms are clean and size is quite enough. Drawers and enough wardrobe providing space for your clothes. TV, hair dryer, enough plugs are benefits. The room was I stayed was on the back side of hotel and it was completely silent. Breakfast is 12 € and regarding my previous experiences in Germany hotels it was in standard range and quite sufficient. Variety of cheese, jams, honey, breads and eggs. Coffee and tea, fresh orange juice was available..All in all I am pretty fine to recommend this nice hotel.

I also need to add that front desk is very helpful, friendly and kind which is very important from my perspective. Thank you..

A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable firm bed. Great location, super close to Düsseldorf Hbf and the old Kraftwerk studio. Plenty of areas near for food and drink. Balcony, separate toilet & spacious shower. Tourist attraction all in short walking distance.

Great location, near the main station with tons of restaurants in walkable distance. But please come with earplugs. Noise isolation is next to zero, and I was waken up at 5 am by the person in the adjacent room showering, packing, rolling their suitcases etc..., then again at 7 am by loud construction noise on the outside. My mood for the day is ruined.

Normally a barely 3 stars hotel near the main train station in Dusseldorf, very high price per rum because it was during exhibition otherwise I would rate this hotel average , enough 75 to 80 Euro per night, unfortunately during events a rum is around 250 Euro night, rums are old but the bed was ok, the staff were very nice.

The place is very close to the train station. My room was looking towards the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. It has most standard hotel conveniences. They only had one pillow, so I ordered one and they gave it to me.
