Great place for families with children with lots of entertainment, professional service and plenty of experience.
Renovated: 2004
Location: 2.5 km from the town of Hersonissos and Stalida, 40 km from Heraklion port, 38 km from the international airport Nikos Kazantzakis.
Consists of an old building renovated in 2004 and a new building constructed in 2003.
The hotel has 133 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach only 150 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. Beach towels are on bail. The beach is 2 km away.

The facilities are excellent and very well maintained — from the kids’ club and playground with caring staff, to the beautiful pools (including a seawater pool with a sea view and fun kids’ pools with slides). The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the hotel’s location in Hersonissos was perfect, with parking always available.
We also loved the relaxed atmosphere, the variety of food, the snack bar and gelateria, and the daily entertainment that was both fun and high quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
Within the hotel there are many choices when it comes to dining, relaxing & entertainment. The staff at Arminda are very attentive and friendly. A special Thank you to Maria & Sophia at Votsalo who made every morning wonderful with their smiles, welcoming energy and amazing coffee!
The only difficulty we encountered during our stay was the access our daughter had to opening our room door from within the room, we felt safe but had to take special precautions to ensure she didn’t leave unattended.
