Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! All of the staff go above and beyond to please their hotel residents. My son has a nut allergy and the head server and chef went through all the food that were safe for him to eat. They then went out of their way to ensure their was lots of variety of foods for him to choose from each always checking in with us each evening to ensure he was ok. One particular evening, his favourite dessert was not on display and the chef asked if everything was alright, when I joked there was no jelly, he appeared with a few jellies for him. Outstanding customer service! Waiters and cleaners were also extremely attentive, the waiters joked with our daughter calling her 'Max' as she looked liked Max from Stranger Things and the cleaners always left our rooms spotless, leaving sweets on the pillow or displaying our pjs on the bed. All of these little extras did not go unnoticed and we appreciated it all. Thank you for all working so hard as a team after the sandstorm, you all seemed to be there from morning until night cleaning the sand off the sun loungers and making everyone's stay the best it could be and it certainly paid off. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one, we had a fantastic time and a lot of that was down to your hotel and your amazing staff!

Location In prime location of shops, bars and restaurants. Beach opposite hotel but you have to pay for sun beds. Not much room to just lie on the sand as beds crammed together. Pool area Lovely comfy sunbeds however you need to reserve early to get a spot by the pool. At times it is quite a shady area with the trees and the building itself. Pool area is clean and tidy. Restaurant Plenty of choice of food. Cannot fault the quality of food and how it is cooked. Food is five stars! Staff Are friendly and work hard in the restaurant. Cleaners do a great great job. Change towels everyday, mop the floor and empty bins. Room Air conditioning perfect. Room to hang clothes and ample space in the bathroom to keep toiletries. Gym Facilities are available in hotel next door. Good range of free weights. Cardio equipment is available to use eg bike and treadmill. Gym also has air conditioning Hotel is modern, clean and is a perfect spot to recover for the next day.

The hotel fully lives up to its 4-star rating. Great location with easy access to the sea and convenient parking nearby. The reception staff are friendly and helpful — always ready to answer any questions. Fast and attentive waiters at breakfast and dinner, and special thanks to the chefs for the delicious food. Room cleaning is top-notch. The hotel met all our expectations!

What a wonderful Small hotel. We were All Inclusive, booked with Jet2holidays. We booked a room with side sea view as stated. We were on All Inclusive basis, but like any other hotel in Europe you pay a Holiday tax and the safe as we would not leave valuables in a room without a safe. Reception staff very friendly on arrival. The room on the small side but you do not go on holiday to spend time in a room the bathroom had a reasonable size shower cubicle with excellent waterfall shower but also compact. The room had a fridge, kettle and cups. The towels were changed every day and linen on beds changed twice. The staff were extremely friendly specially the waitering staff in the restaurants. When we arrived, we were told lunch would be downstairs in their public restaurant. There was a separate menu for All Inclusive but there were over 60 choices so don’t understand when people say there was a limited choice, I am a vegetarian and quite a picky eater and was quite satisfied with the options. The only worry we had was the huge portions given to us. In the middle of our stay lunch reverted to the main restaurant due to the number of All Inclusive increased. The food was Good in the main restaurant with plenty of choices for me being a vegetarian. The only slight issue the food could be slightly better labelled. The All-Inclusive drinks and staff service were Superb with both local and international brands not watered down. We never had any problems with ordering drinks at lunch or dinner. The only slight issue which we get on holiday the coffee was mediocre because we are used to bean to cup coffee but went to Island Coffee a two-minute walk from the hotel. There is very limited entertainment in the hotel which we knew when booking this is why we booked it. Slight irritation you have to pay for internet in your own room. But we will be coming back to the hotel. A tip would be we booked with Jet2 Holidays never saw them at all as they have no rep in our hotel and would book independently next time. But had great service at the airport via Jet2 Reps and driving coming back excellent but going to hotel from airport, driver moaned about having to wait so long and dropped us off on the main street without telling us where the hotel was.
