Desk girls are smiling, cleaning ladies are willing to help, room is heated well, hot water comes so fast, hotel location is perfect and the view of church is amazing. Rooms are good designed very convenient

It’s centrally located in Athens, within walking distance to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby

We inform the hotel about that and they warn the bar. Also there is no discount at the bar in the evening only in the morning for the hotel stuff. Hotel inform you before stay for everything

Only problem is our room was 5th floor under the roof top bar. At 5am in the morning some noises come from the bar sounds of cleaning and tidying up the place (like chair moving)

Location, staffs, internet, privacy and safety, everything was perfect! We're considering to stay here again when we visit Athens in the future!

The rooftop bar is fantastic, making it a great choice for solo travelers or couples. Less than 5 mins walk to train station

Good price and location not far away from a Subway station and easy to find. Apartment has a fridge, microwave. I recommend it for people who are willing to pay a bit more than hostels, per night per person

It's also conveniently close to all the main attractions, so getting around was easy in the city centre

Additionally, the evening before our departure, they informed us about a two-day taxi strike in Athens. If they hadn’t told us, we would have missed our ferry. Thanks to them, we avoided a major issue

The only issue was some humidity in the house, but it was manageable thanks to the two air conditioners. The staff was available 24/7 and responded immediately whenever we needed assistance

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our family! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring

The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable, very clean, nice decoration. Amazing location, it's very close to the restaurants, to the acropolis, it's very easy to get the main landmarks

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. Fabulous location, and staff went out of their way to be helpful

The person who helped us bring in our bags and retrieve our bags from luggage storage was amazing. He works harder than everyone else here and definitely deserves a raise. Made our experience 110% views were great too!

My Husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Hands down the best & friendliest service we received the whole trip! Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. One of our rooms had a beautiful view of the Acropolis

We ate in the rooftop restaurant which had the same view of the Acropolis and was very reasonably priced and very good. The hotel is walking distance to many of Athens sites and experiences

Fab hotel. Room is great. Bathroom amazing and extremely clean. Breakfast fabulous and the staff are the best I have dealt with in any of my other travels.

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel and couldn’t have asked for better. Our rooms had large balconies with a stunning view of the Acropolis

The one thing I'd like to mention is that some reviews called the spot "noisy" -- as a New Yorker I brushed this off, where isn't noisy? So let me be very clear, this place was wonderful Thursday night, not noisy

Others might be okay with this but we're both bad sleepers so I wish someone had said that clearly in a review when I was booking. For week night stays you can't beat the room, location or service

Friday night was a different story -- the club downstairs was open and there was bed shaking pounding bass music until 3 or 4AM

While the room was very nice and clean, there was no staff present, no proper check in, the neighborhood is very sketchy, there is no clear sign where the hotel even is! Photos on ******* are very deceiving

Really good located dead in the center of Athens. 5 minutes to the agora and 15 to the Acropolis. Rooms were clean, quiet during the night despite being in the center. Breakfast was good, enjoyed it

Excellent service and nice coffee. Phidias hotel also serves burgers, spaghetti, pizza and waffles. All in very reasonable prices.

It's not a warm welcome and made me feel unsafe. At the end, the accommodation rate is not high, so I think the price is far to what you get, therefore I can't have high expectations, hence the rating of 4 stars

The street turned lively at night with the little stalls selling souvenirs. Aesthetically the room wasn’t the best and was quite small BUT it had everything we needed for 7 days trip

This is an awesome hostel, not too big. Lovely staff and a really cool area. If you're looking for somewhere super close to the tourist attractions, this is maybe not for you as it is about 15 minutes from the centre

It's got a great social life in the communal area. I would make sure you're not a light sleeper as noise travels easily in this place. You will hear all the doors closing anywhere inside

It was clean and staff were friendly but just had a few issues. I stayed in the private room, which is in the courtyard so you hear everything from people in the courtyard and main floor

For me, the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to where I needed to be. There are nice coffee shops nearby. It’s a hostel, not a hotel, adjust expectations accordingly

My room in the yard was damp, unfortunately. There was an unpleasant smell due to the humidity.

The hotel is located right on one of the central streets leading to the Acropolis. The highlight is the antique elevator inside

It's very convenient to take the metro to the airport; the station is in the direction of the Acropolis, just exit the hotel and turn right. The metro costs 9 euros, and you get off right outside the terminal building

The only thing is, you have to get off five stops later and transfer to another metro train, but you can't make a mistake; everyone gets off there. The location is a bit noisy, but a good night's sleep is comfortable

Although breakfast in Athens is generally not a problem, I don't even see the point in doing it at a hotel. The hot water is excellent, the pressure is good, and it flows immediately

The breakfast is very basic, but for the price, it's okay. If only they stopped watering down the juices, it would be even better

Overall, it's a great value for the money, especially the location and the elevator

I found the hotel perfect to stay in for a visit to all the sites. It is close to public transport which makes it easy to get around Athens

He took us out the door and showed us the P. He was spot on with that recommendation. Terrific food, a menu in Greek and English, and staff who were used to Americans and spoke excellent English

We had room 25, which is front on the second floor, but I was so tired it didn’t matter. After we accessed our room, we took the elevator down to ground level, asked Marcos where we could eat

When we left, they practically carried us to our taxi, which was already waiting for us. The location is a short walk to the Metro station, which we used extensive

The Hotel Minoa was recommended by our taxi driver, after he was unable to find the other hotel we had booked ( but that’s a story for another time)

We only used there for take-away croissants and tea's but seems nice to sit & eat. Next to the hotel, there is a private parking lot. They have a collaboration between each other and they give you a discount price

Anyhow, the cabbie called the hotel, found out a room was available, and drove us there. We were met by Marcos, who helped us in with our luggage, and welcomed us with water

The room was fine  I loved the balcony  I thought it was closer to main centre but I walked ok  Pitty no rooftop bar or pool  Nick in reception was extremely helpful

Complimentary and delicious breakfast. Seems the hotel only provides one bottle of water per booking as I got water once. Wish water was provided daily, as I could have booked my stay separately for each day

When we enquired if we'd receive a credit for the downgrade, we were told "it wasn't in the notes". Although we very much appreciated being moved so we could sleep, the room would barely rate as 2 stars

We had a lovely corner room with lots of windows and space. The staff were very helpful with reserving a taxi for us to the port. Easily walked to the Acropolis, restaurants and shopping

Very nice hotel for the price! Location is convenient although it’s close to the ferry port, not the cruise Port！ that’s my mistake for not looking closely enough! Luggage storage is just a room and I felt okay storing it but I’m not sure everyone would!

Place is very spacious and clean. Pool is very well maintained. View is amazing. Plenty of shade to have breakfast outside. Parking is tight and the side road to reach the property is narrow and steep at times.

The receptionist is welcoming, friendly and speak good English. They also offer reasonably priced simple buffet breakfast for 8 euro. The super single room is perfect for solo traveller

Room is clean, air-conditioned and a good shower after 7+ hours of hot and humid ferry ride is most welcome. There's a fridge but no kettle. Super single room comes with a small balcony overlooking other apartment

Reception staff were pretty helpful when I needed to print tickets for the ferry, even when it was almost midnight so that was plus. The rooftop bar was great, almost worth a 5 star rating just on that basis

The views from some of the rooms and the Rooftop are amazing. The Rooftop parties can be very noisy. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking or even eating a meal. I could not find any silverware

Late at night, my companion was robbed on the way to the laundromat, but that was a problem with Athens, not the hotel, so that's a separate issue. It's wise for women to avoid walking alone after dark

The only issue with a great rooftop bar and it being a mixture of private rooms and hostel style accommodation is that there is a DJ every night so if you're not a party person and wanting a quiet night's sleep, you might struggle! Our taxi driver warned us that it was an area 'full of junkies' and we literally saw 2 guys shooting up like 2 doors down so it's in a bit of a rough area

The location was good, close to the main tourist sites in Athens. The room was worth the price, but I have no complaints

Cons: not the best area but it's literally only a few blocks to the good parts, the shower head needs to be held to use if anyone is picky about that, and the kitchen stoves barely work but I just ate out most the time anyways

Excellent Service We stayed for a few days, and found the service as excellent as we expected, having last stayed a few years ago. The hotel is well situated just a short walk from the city centre and close to nightlife

Like the hotel itself, the neighborhood is incredibly safe, friendly, relaxing, exciting and beautiful! Despite the name (or perhaps because of it), this hotel was a perfect place to stay for platonic backpackers (solo travelers too) on a budget! I stayed one night here with my best friend and roommate (lol) and couldn’t recommend this hotel more! From the first moment we walked inside, we were greeted warmly by the night receptionist (so sorry I do not remember his name, but I certainly do remember his lovely energy and smile)

Lovely woman at reception. Convenient area, close to Metro Station, Plaka, Acropolis, and much more. Omonia is a bit gritty. Try not to go more than three or four blocks north of the fountains.

We arrived around 2am, but a tall male staff member greeted us warmly. He offered us some water as we were tired. The hotel is close to the nearest station, the breakfast was delicious and we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel receptionist was very nice. After getting off the plane, I took the No. 3 subway line to the Constitution Square Station, then transferred to Line 2 and rode two stations

Finally a hotel I could rest and sleep properly after enjoying the lovely Athens. It is very well located, with a good selection of breakfast

In fact, I played around near the Constitution Square until 6:30 pm and returned to the hotel. Just get back to the hotel before dark

Very convenient location in Plaka close to Santygma station. Staff very helpful and breakfast very nice. However it does get very noisy at night as there are bars in the vicinity that stay open late.

In the middle of the center 250 mtr from Syntagma Square, so easy to reach with bus X95 from the airport to Syntagma. All sightseeings are within walking distance

Very unique rooms. Staff is very friendly and always offers cold bottles of water. Free breakfast is very plentiful and really tasty. Rooms are very clean, my only complaint is the are a bit run down.

The Priamos Hotel is in easy walking distance to Kolonaki Square, several museums, Aristotle's Lyceum, and Syntagma. Best of all is the quiet local charm away from the maddening crowd
