While it may seem close to the city center, it's definitely not worth it due to the dirty streets, crumbling buildings in the vicinity, and the pervasive foul odor

The hotel is normal the problem are the surroundings. Its next to a Trainspointing street with loads of completely wasted people using drungs. You really feel sorry for then. All next to a police station, crazy

The train station was 5-7 min away if talking about safety at night take the train whose name is Karaiskaki instead of Omania. For breakfast bread factory and cafe is nearby. Otherwise everything was amazing

The hotel service is excellent, the staff are very nice and respectful, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the room is small and the facilities are old. The hotel’s location is close to everything.

Overall experience of staying there was good. Since we were women traveller it wasn't safe to travel in night even though the train station was nearby. The street in the back side of hotel was weird

Be careful as that was a weird experience. Best for Men travellers and Families and even couples is fine but it is not safe for solo travellers and women travellers who wants to explore at night

This truly is a wonderful place. Beautifully and creatively decorated, a treat to all senses. From how everything looks together, to the smells, to sounds and the presence of the place

A beautiful, thoughtful art boutique hotel experience. We loved finding all of the unique touches in our room. Loved the bathtub, rain shower, outdoor patio and rooftop breakfast. Or meals were filling and delicious

I could not recommend this thoughtful sanctuary of a stay more. The staff, the attention to detail, the roof top terrace, the design, bedding, breakfast, curated room, down to its smell and even its toilet chain

It is a wonderful boutique hotel with bohemian style. The rooms are all reminiscent of the 20’s and the roof top garden area is a great place to have breakfast or relax at night. And I loved the bath products

Basic but definitely good value for the price. Shower head had to be held and water got everywhere but shampoo and towels were available. Reception is not difficult if you arrive at midnight and was quick and polite

Hot water, convenient, cool AC, clean, and safe, for a two star hotel. The doors are thin, you can hear the next room baby crying. I was in room 21, two twin beds with two set of towels and two flat bed sheets

Good relation of quality-price. The only problem was some streets around the hotel seemed not very safe. Besides that the service was really good and all the employees were friendly and helpful.

This place was just fine, it's a clean budget hotel right next to the train station. My room was comfortable with a balcony and the staff was friendly. Hot water, AC, and wifi all worked well.

Very cheap hotel, polite and attentive staff, but be careful, the road to city center is a bit dangerous, take care of you personal things.

Hotel Delta has been an incredible stay in regards to the accomodation, staff, location and price! The reception workers are lovely, entertaining, kind and have a great sense of humour

Nice hotel in the city center and close to Omonia, so it is really well connected with public transportation.Keep in mind to move in the main street Where the hotel is located and NOT around the narrows streets around.

This hotel is located centrally and is very convenient. Our air-conditioning, however wasn't working. Thanos from the reception set up fans

The receptionist was also fabulous and really helped one day when one of our students lost their phone - she went upstairs and checked the rooms and was able to confirm that the phone was in the hotel and not lost during our bus trip, Acropolis visit etc

This hotel is great all around it near the acropolis it has great food and it’s very very clean. i liked the stuff there they where very nice and helpful also the view is nice for there

The hotel's location in the Plakka neighborhood is awesome! The Acropolis, Arch of Hadrian & Syntagma Square are easily reached by foot. It's also close to the bus stop of x95, the express bus to ATH

The shower was very small, it was uncomfortable.

Lots of tavernas and bars in the neighborhood make it so convenient. Our go to guys were Giannis & George. Both so pleasant to deal with and offered lots of advice where to go

The location in the Plaka is excellent! Just a block or two from restaurants and shops. A little grocery right next door. The room i had was sparce but sufficient

There's an amazing bakery next door, Ergon Bakehouse, which has delicious breakfast and a constant queue for its baked goods. They even packed us a breakfast box to take to the airport for our early flight

We was made to feel very welcome all the time we were there. We are a family of 3 (2 adults 1 child aged 16) and the room was perfect for us, we even had a mini fridge to put our water in to keep it cool

Friendliness of the staff, always very open to help, excellent location, very safe, I was not afraid to walk at night as it is surrounded by many restaurants and embassies, 100% recommended, thank you very much for your attention, the only thing I would say is that the showers were very small and it was a little difficult to take a bath

It's close to public transport (buses and metro) and there's plenty of good bars and restaurants very nearby charging "local" prices (rather than "tourist")

A small hotel in a very central location but still totally quiet as the street in front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone. The recepion personnel is extremely friendly and helpful

We had a nice stay here, friendly staff, clean room and we loved that we could walk to the restaurants, mini market stores and to the bus/ metro stops within minutes.

The Semeli was what we needed since it had a 24 hour desk. The staff was very good at answering questions and helping with transportation

Riions are clean and staff is helpful and responsive. Our taxi driver told us this is not a safe neighborhood after dark.

There was no breakfast, but it is two short blocks away from the upscale Kipselis restaurant area. I always walked the km from the metro station, but there is also a bus stop a block away

Although this is in a local, residential neighborhood that may seem gritty initially, it is actually a thriving, pulsating area of the city with plenty of clothing, cafe, supermarket and dining options

A comfortable room in a residential part of Athens Complementary breakfast was not provided. The room was always spotless, clean and fresh

The location is not far from the center however there are some Shady people standing around in the street near the entrance so for some people may be a little overwhelming the room was good but the washroom shower toilet and so small you have to squeeze in and this I did not like at all but I had already booked and no choice than to stay it is not somewhere you want to Empress anyone

No issues in my 3 nights stay and i was back in the hotel before dark. Keys have to be deposited with the staff before leave the hotel and collected when you are back. They will verify the room number against your name

Decent hotel and 2 mins walk from Omonia station. Area is rough with homeless and people on ***** but was told that it is safe to walk to Omnia station and back before 9pm as people wont disturb you

They are excellent in every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, spacious balcony, and everyone from the reception to the housekeeping staff are very friendly and kind people 👌

Everything was great except that the single room is too small. There was also one day that was too noisy because they are repairing the doors of all rooms.

Except for the location, everything was satisfactory. While it's understandable that a good location leads to a good view, I still recommend older guests look elsewhere. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Aside from the broken toilet seat, this is a great hotel. Great location, a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis. Even with an early checkout, they served breakfast at the time we needed!

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful with booking a cruise transfer as well as giving us a map with recommendations on where to go for supplies, sights to see and bus routes

You are 20 minutes walk to the centre. Unfortunately yes, you are 3/4 mins in the drizzle. But I can see why its an issue if you feel worries or uncomfortable. Its a good hotel is the bottom line

Stayed there between 9-11.09.2024 .Friendly staff welcomes you. Rooms ate clean and tidy, free wifi you can use. Close to Monastraki and metro station. Very very good breakfast.

The hotel is amazing a 10 mins away from the square that has all the restaurants and attractions. Hotel staff is very friendly, specially David, who was very helpful

Wonderful location and amazing breakfast. Easy connection with metro/subway line 3 to ferry port or airport. You can view Acropolis when you have the breakfast.

Great location near the most important areas in Athens!

Athens4 is a nice hotel and was very centrally located, near landmarks such as the Acropolis and Monastiraki Square. My room was small but very clean which I commend the housekeeping staff

The receptionist Margaret was very kind and she suggested us for dinner spot which were delicious as also it was my birthday we not only have a a chocolate cake yummy without a think we will return to this hotel when we visited Athens again

The hotel is nice but was noisy at night. I believe is because the restaurant near the hotel. Also The shower area is a little slippery when is wet and if you not careful you might fall.

The location is perfect. Walkable and close to subway. The room is so clean and the staffs are very friendly. If I visit Athens again, I will stay in this hotel again. You won't regret.

The property is in a great location. Close to restaurants, bars, and grocery store. A bank ATM is one block away. We walked everywhere and it was extremely safe.

Honestly this little hotel saved our butts on a last-minute one night stay with helpful staff, a clean room, and even a tiny balcony. Great value. You can even get late night souvlaki delivered.

the room is basic - no safe in room , breakfast is basic and the bath remind me houses from worls war 2 and old movies but every thing is functional and basic and works

if you need a good stop and a good solusion to "put your head" and hand a round the good location area the hotel so this is good choise and the valiu for money is good

if you want to spoil your selve in nice vecation and you are a couple this is not the choice for you

so it is recommended only for people who are not use to 4 stars and up you will surely disaponted

Good The location IS THE BEST, for the price. Convenient journey from/to Airport to Syntagma Metro (45-5mins then 5-10 min walk to hotel), for Plaka, shops, Acropolis etc. Daytime personnel on reception v friendly

Just a few minutes down the road and you're in the heart of Monastiraki, where all the bars, restaurants etc

very cheap and i am satisfied for what they provide with this money. room has a sink and a terrace that is a plus for cheapest public bathroom dorm. great city center location for everywhere.

Sparta Team Hotel was a nice place for a couple of nights,good value for the price. Great location, very close, all in walking distance, to the main turiste attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful

For example, there were a couple of bugs in the room at various points (not bed bugs), no early check in available and to use the shared bathroom you had to take a card to turn on the lights

Also note - it’s a hotel that asks you to leave your key at reception when you go out which is worth bearing in mind if that’s not something you’re comfortable with

You get what you pay for. Bare minimum but clean room. Shared bathroom not that clean due to other guests poor attention. Staff was helpful and nice.

I was really very impressed and satisfied with the three nights I spent at the Hotel Vienna, whilst visiting Athens at the end of August 2022… It’s centrally located (close to Acropolis, Sindagma, Monisteraki, Plaka et al) just off Omonia Square and the main Metro Line… My standard double room was specious and extremely clean with comfortable bedding and aircon

Whenever we needed something (print out something, book a taxi, ask for a plaster, even ask for the name of a song I'd heard on the street), they were more than happy to help, and also spoke great English! Apart from that, the hotel is only a couple of minutes away from Omonia square and within walking distance to Syntagma Square

I can't remember ever staying at a hotel with such nice, courteous, helpful and genuinely friendly staff! It was a genuine pleasure dealing with them, even if it was just to pick up the key when returning to the hotel at the end of the day

The room might be a bit dated, but it is clean and provides all the amenities you will need. I opted for a room at the side of the busy street, since I sleep with earplugs anyway. Did not have any problems with that

Some might say the neighbourhood doesn't look that great. I found out that most of Athens doesn't look that great and had no problems walking to the hotel at night (even taking the smaller streets nearby)
