I went there at the start of October, which is right about when the season ends so it was very nice and quiet. Free drinks on arrival, help with luggage and an amazing friendly welcome. We had wonderful time lodging in the junior suite overlooking the pool area and Aegean. The staff was very attentive and the food was good here too. The beach itself is a bit rocky but easily overcome. The area has many restaurants including one that is part of the family ownership: it was excellent.

The hotel facility is actually quite nice and the beach is good. But the rooms are not and the service slow and not really thoughtful. The surrounding area is a classic tourist trap with corresponding low/average quality restaurants. We have just stayed at Parthenis beach suits and it was perfect. A group of 13 of us with mixed ages from 19 to 63 and everyone loved the place. Accommodation great, the beds are so comfortable. Would’ve been nice to have a chance for a firmer and thinner pillow. The pillows in the closet were the same as the ones in bed.

The restaurants head waiter is very kind and polite. As we arrived midnight after 15h travel, we did not have any toilet paper until next day. Luckily we survived. Would have been nice to apologize immidiately and offer some extra as a kind gesture. The shower head’s upper holder was broken in our room but we weren’t bothered about it after not having toilet paper the first night. Hope they wont try...

Just returned from 14 nights in Despina Apartments, our third time, nothing is too much trouble for George, the apartments are spotless, attended to by Valentino, and the surrounding area, by George. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops all along the main road, and a short walk to the beach with sunbeds and shades. We are looking to go back again next year and highly recommend this complex

Lovely hotel! It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. We stayed for free on the day we were leaving ‘till 6:30 in the evening. George arranged transfer to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful place, it belongs to lovely old couple who runs it. They don't speaking english, but there is wifi so it is possible to communicate with them throw google translator. They are very kind and feasting people. Pool are good and clean. Quiet place.

Stayed at these appartments a number of years ago with my wife. So relaxing at that point it was owned by an elderly couple who were so welcoming I have been to many places in Greece and although the accommodation was basic the atmosphere was so warm. Nice place very kind hosts. Hosts seems strange at the beginning, but be sure they are really friendly and helpfull. They like children very much. Theirs english is not perfect but can be understood. Pleasant stay in a hotel with a magnificent, large, Olympic-sized swimming pool. A big thank you to Matthews, nicknamed the King of Stavros, who welcomed us with the friendliness worthy of Crete. The property was perfect for us. A good base for a day on the beach or trips in the surrounding. Clean, tidy and comfortable.

Simple and inexpensive accommodations. Beach is right there! Clean and well-kept. Wifi was almost pointless- barely got any signal. Shower was tiny, water gets everywhere even with best efforts to keep curtain in place. We were only there to sleep so it was fine. If you wanted a place to hang out it had no character or charm.

We booked this accommodation last minute with TUI holidays and I feel I must review. The apartment was spacious, functional and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Mirabella Apartments. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed. The ocean views from our balcony were beautiful. My husband swam over a mile each morning right in front of the property. Also, the staff were super friendly. One added bonus was the ping pong table. We played quite a few fun games.

Nice view from the property. But kitchen bar area needs upgrading. Breakfast was disappointing as all food offered was processed (the ham, cheese, bread, pastries nothing was fresh. Crete has nice bread, tomatoes, good produce in general but the breakfast was mainly from Lidl unfortunately. We would not recommend or stay there again as the information provided was very misleading.

Just returned from a 4 week stay in these apartments. Such a fantastic find, a perfect place to stay! Elena and Nikos, the owners made the booking and check in very smooth and even organised our airport transfers. Was a great hotel room and was exactly as described and there is a pool and bar that you have access to right next to the hotel. Nikos the manager was great the man doesn’t stop working, was very friendly and had a laugh with us. Was quiet despite being right on the strip in a prime location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Structure Close to the center and all the venues. There is a beautiful swimming pool available to customers. The apartment is very functional, structured on two levels, the living area with two beds, and the sleeping area with the bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. We had a fantastic stay and were made to feel very welcome by the staff. It was very relaxed and quiet, the old town was only 10 minutes away in a taxi with lots of things to do. The staff were all very professional polite and friendly. Breakfast room lady was excellent and worked really hard keeping the venue clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Our favourite hotel in Chania Agia Apostoli! Excellent service,hospitality and cleaning! We have stayed there ceveral times since 2007 with our children and as a couple and its the best.The best beaches near by and close to the busstop to Chania.Wonderful breakfast and this is just the perfect place for us!

One of the best Hotel appartements i ever experienced. We , too friends shared a flat with 2 bedrooms ( 1 bedroom upstairs ) Both with our own bathroom, kitchn/ leavingroom and balcony. Very Nice and clean. Breakfastbuffet. 2 pools and sunbeds. The Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Will for sure come back , and i really recommand it !

Our first time in Crete We chose the Lotus Hotel as it was small & Friendly, the reviews were good, location to beach’s was a factor, as well as good transport links, I have to say we weren’t disappointed at all. The Staff were very helpful & polite, from the front desk to the cleaner, Georgia in breakfast area always had a smile. The pool areas were relaxing, the bottom pool had loads of sun beds...

We have had a fantastic week at the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fresh and newly renovated. Only 10 minutes to all the nice beaches with the clearest water. The breakfast is okay. Go here, you won't be disappointed!!

We had a lovely time at Arcus Suites and would definitely return. We were very well looked after and the accommodation is comfortable and atmospheric. We really liked being there!

Great place to rest - the hotel and the village, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, lush green and great to spend time away from crowds. Noticeably cooler than on the coast in full sunshine (serious advantage from my point of view) as it sits in mountains.

Beautiful oasis in a searing hot day. The suite was just beautiful. Comfortable bed, fierce shower, huge fridge. The weather was particularly hot and so we stayed by the lovely pool. Luckily we were able to find something to eat at a local taverna, there are more places at the lower town so do check on opening before you go.

Excellent venue! Location in a nice little town in the mountains, beautifully renovated historical building, cosy place as there are a limited number of suites, the suites are of excellent comfort and well maintained and they fully deliver what the description and the pictures promise, finally a sympathetic and efficient manager who makes sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a beautiful place. Our "room" was a huge suite, beautiful and comfortable. The people are very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. And the pool is a great relaxer. And the location! It's right in the middle of the loveliest part of Argyroupoli, yet is completely quiet at night.

My husband and I have different opinions. I loved it here, the breakfast was more than delicious, nice people! We were here at the end of October 2023 and stayed in the Ontis suite. This suite is very beautiful, but you first have to climb a staircase with high steps. So not suitable for older people or people with mobility problems. The house is very spacious, a bit dark but there is good lighting...
