Everything was great, spacious room, the view is incredible..just the bathrooms need work, the shower wasn’t working properly and no hot water the second night.

We were provided a list of excursions available through a local tour operator. The front desk staff was helpful in booking the excursion and arranged a bagged meal to be left in our suite as pick-up times didn't allow us to use the breakfast buffet.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Crete. We have been in Crete for 5 weeks and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed.

Such a lovely hotel with very hospitable service. Their pool is beautiful and has an outdoor shower. The food and drinks at the restaurant are amazing and again the service is so comforting. The room itself is very large with a small equipped kitchen including a kitchenette, some utensils and plates, a mini fridge, and sink.

This apartment has the best view, nice front staff, helpful janitor lady, well equipped kitchen, and nice interior! We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights, easy to get to the nearest supermarket and nice restaurants, 15 mins to get to Chania town where everything is there. If we have a chance to visit Chania again, this is the place we are coming back.

The staff is lovely and very efficient. It's thanks to these two people that I gave it a very good rating. Indeed, this is a 2-star hotel, and unfortunately our studio was outdated and should be renovated, especially with the addition of double-glazed windows and a more modern kitchen. Just returned from the most wonderful week at Nikos apartments. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where the owners, Effie & Van, cannot do enough for you. Good accomodation for travellers. It offers studio apartments with small kitchen, toilet and shower. There're comfortable bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, sofa, small dining table with 2 chairs. It also has a balcony with table and chairs . The room is spacious and clean. It take about 5 minutes to the beach. Nearby area has supermarkets, shops, bars&restaurants .

Fantastic place to stay, staff are so friendly and helpful. Food a breakfast and evening dinner has a wide choice and selection and has been an added bonus to the stay. The only fault is it states 500 m from he nearest shops. That should be shop.
