Everything was great, spacious room, the view is incredible..just the bathrooms need work, the shower wasn’t working properly and no hot water the second night.

We were provided a list of excursions available through a local tour operator. The front desk staff was helpful in booking the excursion and arranged a bagged meal to be left in our suite as pick-up times didn't allow us to use the breakfast buffet.

We've stayed here twice now and have had a lovely time on both occasions. It's handy for the town but also quiet enough with lovely facilities. Can't recommend it enough.

The food and drink was good, especially the included breakfast. We loved the location between Chania and Heraklion for sightseeing. The town of Rethymno was charming with good food and shopping. Pool was lovely but unheated. Friends got massages at the spa and were pleased with the results.

Everything was more than perfect. We got a small room upgrade, a nice gesture.
The hotel is well located, the rooms (apartment) are large, very clean and very well equipped.
On the 4th floor no problem with the road below.
Same with the swimming pool which is great. Bar available during the day.
Barbecue evening every Wednesday evening is very cool.
ALL the staff are super nice and competent.
The SPA is perfect, Mariana is super attentive and super professional.

The hotel has a very nice and friendly staff and so is the manager, Christine, who is very kind and understanding. We have had a very nice stay so far and everything has been so smooth. The room is very big and has also a big balcony with a nice sea view. The breakfast is also very nice and tasty and so is the staff, which is also super helpful. The hotel has different kind of facilities, but because of the COVID, most of them are closed besides the outdoor pool and the massage. All in all the hotel is recommendable.
