Dedalus Village in Hersonissos

First time staying in these apartment, but we have been frequent visitors to the village for over 20 years. From the moment we arrived we were treated as returning guests . Check in was extremely friendly and informative . We had requested a high room prior to our arrival but was informed the booking from our agent only provided ground floor Accommodation. As they had room they upgraded us to a 1 one bedroom duplex which was fantastic. Spotlessly clean , modern furniture and fittings everything you could need. Breakfast was very good, hot/ cold cereals pastries choice of various breads and rolls . Staff on the ball clearing tables straight away all with a smile and a word. The main pool is large and well maintained with ample lounges. Time to smile is the motto and it certainly made us smile. We will definitely be returning .

We had an amazing holiday at Sundance Creta! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The hotel has a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, a relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful views of the surrounding area. It’s a peaceful location, yet only a short walk to the town centre with great restaurants and shops.

What really made our stay special was the staff – always friendly, smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with enough variety to start the day right.

We truly enjoyed every moment here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete!

Stayed 10th 20th Oct studio111 great everything you needed was there overlooking the main pool in a cracking location all the staff should be proud of themselves all where very helpful and always cheerful apart from one with his arm in a sling stop playing football haha will be back2 thanks everyone

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Beautifully presented apartments, spotlessly clean and wonderful surroundings. Great location for everything you need in the villages. Extra mention to the staff, all absolutely fantastic. When we return to Koutouloufari in the future this will be one of the first places I’ll be checking for availability.

The Sundance apartments are in a prime position in the village of Koutouloufari. A five minute walk from the apartments brings you to the entrance to the main street where all the bars, restaurants and shops are situated. The Sundance site has a quaint village feel with nooks and crannies, and steps dotted around the complex. If anyone has a disability then the steps may be a little challenging. Our 2 storey apartment was very stylishly furnished with two balconies with views towards the pool and further afield to the sea. The main kitchen/lounge was upstairs with a large bedroom and shower room downstairs. Air con is very efficient, hairdryer provided, pool towels provided. The apartment, pool area and bar are kept very clean. We only had breakfast in the cafe on one morning as we decided to try other options, ie. self catering and eating out, but the breakfast provided was quite substantial with lots of hot and cold choices. There is an additional tranquil garden area overlooking the pool which was our favourite place. A selection of wooden loungers, deckchairs and directors chairs was available and there was shade provided by parasols and olive trees. Each and every very member of staff we met was very friendly. We would certainly love to return to Sundance!

Sundance is a lovely location close to shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment we had was extremely spacious, clean and overlooked the sea. Towels and bedding changed regularly. All the staff here are friendly, helpful and polite. The pool area is spacious and is suitable for children as there were some young ones using the pool. It was also quiet in the apartment. There are quite a few steps but we were ok with that. I would definitely return and would definitely recommend.

It was our 3rd time to Sundance and it didn't disappoint. As always, the check in was filled with warm welcomes. The one bed room had the best views over the bay and has a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the air-conditioning was very effective and appreciated! The hotel is very well located for access the villages. You are no more than a minutes walk away from the nearest tavernas and bars. There are 2 supermarkets within a 2 min walk and a leisurely walk down to Hersonnisos takes about 20 mins, bit longer on the way back though! The staff cannot be faulted at Sundance, they are all very lovely and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The main pool area is pleasant and spacious and I enjoyed sitting in the updated seating area behind the bar. It was very cooling sitting among the olive trees. Cannot recommend this hotel enough... already booked up for next year!

What an amazing place. Clean, lovrly rooms, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast and pool area nothing was too much of a problem. Slight problem with booking on 1st night but staff went out of their way to accommodate us in hotel opposite. Lovely relaxed holiday will definately return in the future.

We stayed at Sundance for 12 nights in a studio. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked again for next year. The room was perfect for our needs, great shower, comfortable bed well stocked kitchen although we didn’t do much cooking. The location is perfect close to all restaurants bars supermarkets etc. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Food at the pool bar was really good and we never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool.

We've just come back from these apartments after 2 weeks. The staff are really friendly. Can't do enough for you. Accommodation self-catering really good everything you need in the room. Pool area was nice and clean and tidy. The only thing I can think of what wasn't toilets need to be closer to the pool and bar area instead of walking up to reception all back to your room. Location was brilliant 5-minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.
