The room was just as described I got my hot tub and king size bed. There were 2 cons which was the bathroom being the main 1 the shower drains would flood the bathroom so it was a slip and fall waiting to happen and then there was a water bottle behind my bed which let me know the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or inspected. Located close to the Lighthouse harbour, in a quiet street, the accommodation was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Our amazing host, Idomeneas, gave us a map, with recommendations on restaurants, bars, sites, shops, etc. He also organized our shuttle from the airport, and back again. This apartment has the best view, nice front staff, helpful janitor lady, well equipped kitchen, and nice interior! We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights, easy to get to the nearest supermarket and nice restaurants, 15 mins to get to Chania town where everything is there. If we have a chance to visit Chania again, this is the place we are coming back.
The staff is lovely and very efficient. It's thanks to these two people that I gave it a very good rating. Indeed, this is a 2-star hotel, and unfortunately our studio was outdated and should be renovated, especially with the addition of double-glazed windows and a more modern kitchen.
