The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Chania old town, bars and restaurants. Katerina on reception was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. She helped us booked tours to Balos/Elafanisi with repubatable and reliable companies, as well as recommended good restaurants. The room was spacious, bright and airy with good air con and great wifi. Very clean bathroom with a good shower and a nice big bed. We would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Chania! The location was absolutely perfect with close proximity to lovely bars and restaurants on the Venetian port. We were especially impressed by the receptionist Katerina, who was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a relaxing, stress free experience. We very much look forward to returning next year!

This apartment is located a few dozen meters from the old port of Chania. Despite its location close to restaurants, the area is very quiet and we felt completely safe. For car parking, two free car parks are located near the hotel, about 200 meters away. We had no problem finding a place. The apartment is very clean and renovated. It has a modern style and is well equipped. Our apartment was the one located upstairs on the 2nd floor with a mezzanine which gives it a little charm. The hotel is housed in a tastefully renovated old building. The hostess Katerina's welcome was truly exceptional. Always smiling, very good advice on tourist spots in the surrounding area and especially on good restaurants in the city. This welcome added a real plus to our stay. We highly recommend these places.

Extraordinary location, facilities, very clean, welcoming atmosphere and amazing host. The manager of the hotel, Katerina is the most lovely and kind person I have met in Greece. She recommended us very traditional and local tavernas and beautiful places, less known for the tourist. It’s a great accommodation choice!

The best location ever!! The hotel feels very, very homely, the room is spacious and met all our expectations. Very very clean and the cleaning services were excellent. Katrina is an amazing woman!! Always available and gave us the best feeling in the world! We will definitely go back there

Stayed here last week,what a fantastic hotel very nicely modernized with great taste.very helpful manager Katerina who made our stay more carefree by arranging our car hire or anything we wanted. We will definitely stay here again.we had a great holiday and our every need was taken care of by the manger.very helpful👍👍

Good location
Good location. A few minor issues. The shower cubicle was tiny, and leaked. Housekeeping doesn't extend to making the bed or changing towels. Aircon hardly working.

Had a wonderful stay at Fortino. The location was absolutely ideal, and the amenities were very nice. The view from the terrace was even better than we imagined, and everything in the apartment was super comfortable. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Would highly recommend!
