We came in October and even though it was nearing the end of the season the service was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. The resort was great, absolutely lovely beach and the staff are all wonderful

Could not be more positive about Agapi Beach Resort. Firstly all the staff are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They work exceptionally hard and are a credit to the hotel

One of the authentic hotels in crete island. It was built in 1964 originally. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Only weak point is GYM 🏋️‍♀️ facilities. Relatively small and lack of machines

It is centrally located to the old town and lots of bars and restaurants. The bus Center is near by too

The hotel looks a bit dated but still okay. The staff are very nice and warm. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a wide variety. Room was clean and spacious.

Smell from the gym is not good

This is decidedly not a 5 star hotel although they think they are. You arrive and there is no one to even ask if they can take your bags let alone actually do it. There is no bellman at the door

The food is lovely and fresh, the pool was incredible and the beach and sea beautiful. We were walking distance to different restaurants and shops, and it was easy to go to Knossos too. A fantastic stay! Thank you!

This hotel is on the island and it can be said to be a very good living environment. The swimming pool is very beautiful, the breakfast is also very good, and the small bar in front of the door is full of atmosphere

Continues to the fun pool which is open from eight in the morning to eight in the evening, very convenient hours. Continues by saying that the hotel is sparkling clean and beautifully and elegantly designed

This was my first time in Heraklion. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. My stay was very pleasant, the staff was extremely cordial, attentive and nice. Everyone was extremely helpful

we could not find a hotel in the southern crete, and luckly it is only one hour drive back to heraklion. this is the best hotel we could find in the souther area of keraklion.

Food is always fresh but may lack variety, but there is always something local next to the continental buffet. Rooms are freshly renovated and adequate. The pure sand beach is literally just falling down the stairs away

You can hear the planes arriving at the nearby airport quite well, but they don't bother me, plane watching can be fun 😀 Food is great as well! The a la carte restaurant that can be visited all inclusive once per week stay is a highlight, but the buffet has great choices as well!

Visited the Sentido Unique Blue resort with great pleasure. First and foremost the staff is extremely polite, helpful and above all good humoured

What makes it stand from other all inclusive resorts is that it still feels cozy and there is no need to rush for a beach or terrace bed

The rooms are spacious and the sunlight is particularly beautiful! The bedside cushions are really thoughtful and are changed together with the bedding for each guest! There is also a turndown service at night, which is standard five-star

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful

It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day

I really liked the people in the hotel, they are authentic and smiling with you every second while speaking, I felt at home, the pool is small but clean, my only concern is the location but you have public transportation and you can order freenow(app) as well, I really enjoyed the trip here in Crete

In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee

The owners are giving their hearts to this business. They have the cutest dog also, who is very polite and silent. I feel like we have read so many bad comments which were undeserved for this place

Value for money! The location is very convenient, near airport, the city centre and the beach. There is a bus stop near the hotel, taking you to the centre free of charge

The rooms are quite nice, some with a beautiful look on the harbour. Would not recommend if you come travel by car. We took the ferry next day and the location was perfect for that

Great room with sea view. Helpful front desk. We are mid 70’s , sadly no offer of help with luggage. Restaurant has tasty food and great views.

The roof top bar was excellent, with very friendly staff and good (for the city) prices. The view was excellent, going across 270 degrees (at least) of the city including the entire seafront and ports
