We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok. They have their own tavern, they do everything for very good food . It was very good for us.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. This is a good place to stay for an easy stroll into the centre. It's a short journey from the airport which is near the centre. We are a family of four, and needed to stay for one night in Heraklion. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Pavo and it was a pleasant surprise for us. It is a space that has been carefully designed with elements of art and has a special glow and warmth. The mattress was comfortable and we enjoyed our sleep while the sheets smelled clean. Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

Teams were excellent, services were excellent, but the mattress in the sofa bed was appalling. Otherwise, it's perfect for a couple or a family, it's near the beach, near lots of restaurants and bars.

When we checked in we were graciously upgraded to a suite in another building with access to another resort and pool. All the staff were very friendly in all areas which made our stay very enjoyable. Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and very close to the main city road. Rooms are spacious and there is air conditioning. Spacious bathroom. Can be difficult to get a deep night rest due to hearing the aircraft very close. The beds are regular in terms of comfort.

We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....

This is a very nice option in Amoudara Beach, it’s extremely good location wise, you can spend your days beach front straight from your room or explore the island and return at the end of the day. The room was large and had a small courtyard. Walking around the corner, you'll find the pedestrian street, making it easy to walk to the museum or to the old pier to watch the sunset. Parking is difficult as it's in a small alley on the pedestrian street, so if you're driving, make sure to reserve a parking space with the hotel in advance.

Nicely decorated rooms at a very convenient location near shops etc. Rooms has most of what is needed for a 2-3 days stay. Room was clean although there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Could have been bigger as well (felt cramped for a family with 2 kids). Received clear instructions how to enter from staff but no much interaction since. Even when we left the building the reception barely...

Staff was helpful and nice. The property is awsome, modern, clean and very well equipped. Well done!
