We stayed at the suites for 10 days. It was absolute amazing. Manos and Mara are fantastic. The suite was big enough for 3 adults, it was clean and so quite. Supermarkt, bus and restaurants are within 5-10 min walking distance. We will definitely come back.

We spent our vacation at this villa and every day we repeated that it was the best decision to stay here 🤩
Everything is clean, new, the pool and terrace are simply amazing, we spent most of our time there.

Special thanks to Manos and Mara for their hospitality and responsiveness. As a bonus, on the first day we received a PDF with all the top spots for dinner, walks and beaches.

+ Beautifully styled house and interior that instantly made us feel at home. We absolutely loved every second of our stay in AKU Suites! It was perfect.

+ Both Manos and Mara are one of the most attentive and welcoming hosts we ever came across in our travels.

+ Apparently, Malia is known for being a ‘party town’ in summer time, but the houses are far enough away from the street with all the bars and clubs that they won’t bother you, I guess. We visited in April when everything was still closed, which was perfect.

+ Malia old town is just a 5 minute walk away

It was the most amazing villa we have ever stayed in.

What comes to mind first, are the hosts, the cleanliness and the simple elegance of the place.

This place really doesn't have a single flaw. Starting with very friendly, caring, but not bothersome hosts, ending with a real feast for the eyes (interior and exterior). The most important thing is to be successful with the neighbors :)

In the villa you will find everything you need, both in the kitchen, in the rooms and in the bathroom. If anything is missing, you can always contact the hosts.

The terrace with the private pool was especially wonderful. You can just sit with a cup of coffee, a book, a glass of wine and not want anything else in the world.

The property is in a very quiet area, birds fly to drink from the pool, you can listen to cicadas. But it is also very close to the town center with many restaurants, shops and the seafront.

I just want to say a big thank you to Mara & Manos for all the care, pleasant surprises and the extremely well-kept place. I have no idea how you do it, but you have some magical powers to do everything with love, patience and aesthetics.

The best accommodation in Crete! Amazing combination of elegance and comfort with a beautiful private pool. The accommodation was very clean with a pleasant smell.

The owners Mara and Manos are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always attending to your needs with a smile and advising you on everything.

Overall we were absolutely delighted with our stay at AKU Suites and it exceeded our expectations. This is a place where you feel amazing throughout your stay. I recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

If it were possible to give more than a 5 star rating we would definitely give it!
