Very positive - hotel is directly on private beach in perfect area
However our room was super small with very old furniture. Bed was terrible, shower and toilet in one and doors were not completely closing. Cleaning was done twice per week and once it was without trash removal and floor cleaning. Renovation of this place would make it a excellent hotel

Great location, laid back atmosphere and great company. Right on the beach and town just a few minutes away. Perfect
Stay was ok beds hard like stone with springs poking thrue. All was ok until last day when we got chased from our room 1hour before checkout becouse the next guest was waiting.
Basic but good location, seconds from the beach. Friendly and laid back owner who provides free beach loungers for guests.
We stayed here for 5 nights, the owner is very friendly and allowed us to check in very late due to our flight, greeting us with water and getting us sorted. There was a slight mixup with rooms, which he went out of his way to resolve for us. For the price we paid, the hotel was more than adequate, we didn't do anything more than sleep there, so it made for a very suitable base. Also this hotel has it's own private beach with free sun loungers and steps to the sea which is crystal clear. The location really is excellent.

Lovely friendly attentive (but not intrusive) staff. Really well presented delicious and creative food and a decking that has steps into the sea which has comfortable sun beds by day, like a sand free beach, and tables by night.
There’s live acoustic music on Sunday nights. My star dish was the Greek flavours breakfast.
How the staff remember everybody’s name I have no idea.
Definitely a 5 star venue and we look forward to returning…cheers guys!

Went to the restaurant due to the fact that it has an amazing location with tables placed near the sea. However the food was terrible. I had to return my dish and ask to bring me another dish from the menu.
Also we had ordered a starters (something about Mediterranean bruschetes) which basically contained 3 pieces of bread and 4 teaspoons of sauce. Due to the fact that we were 6 people I asked them to bring extra sauce which in the bill they charged it as an extra dish. The funny story here is that they charged it as a full extra starters but only brought the sauce not the bread with it (so basically they charged 2 Mediterranean bruschetes even though it was not the whole thing the second one).
The service was also very low quality in general.
Price expensive.

Spent the day, had breakfast lunch and a few drinks. The staff are so nice and the food was just delicious. You can walk out in the sea for quite a distance without the need to swim. We will definitely be going back, just beautiful.

Visited this lovely place a couple of times while on holiday once for dinner which was gorgeous and then again to use the beach. We ate here both times and enjoyed both meals. All staff are lovely especially Tony who goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and looked after. When we visit kardamena again hopefully one day soon! we will definitely be visiting this special place 😊
