We was on ground floor and house keeping would leave balcony doors open every day even after we complained. Pool absolutely freezing Beach is a mess. no sunbeds Staff well what can I say

Our first impressions of Tsilivi Beach Hotel were great, the lady at reception who checked us in was lovely and very welcoming

The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm

The restaurant was also very clean. The location is great, lots of shops around the hotel and right on the beach

We was lucky to have our rooms ready when we arrived at about 12:30pm which was way before our check in time which meant we didn’t have to wait around. The room was a decent size, and it was really clean

The restaurant is nice, it’s a decent size and does have quite a good selection, but the food does get a bit repetitive by the end of the week but we always managed to find something to eat

The apartments are beautifully kept and maintained, family run and staffed with fabulously friendly and helpful people. A wonderful pool, 2 hot tubs and located high on the cliffs right next to the sea

Our favourite hotel whilst island hopping. The location is just beautiful, in a peaceful setting overlooking the ocean. The hotel was lovely and quiet, with 2 pools, a hot tub and well equipped rooms

There's a glorious sea view with views of mainland Greece and the neighboring island of Kefalonia. In the morning there's a glorious sun rise over Greece

We had a wonderful time here! Nice location, stunning ocean view, clean apartment, nice pool, friendly staff. We also loved the restaurant nearby.

The apartment had everything that we needed kitchen laundry beach towels little restaurant that served amazing food friendly staff in the restaurant friendly, helpful staff who helped us arrange a boat tour & breakfast for early the next morning

Beautifull view, perfectly maintained garden and swimming Pools, very friendly personell. Great food and Just few minutes drive to many restaurant.

Hello! We really enjoyed the place, the room and the staff. The apartments are near main street of Laganas and 500 mt far from the beach. There are super markets nearby. The staff is so nice and kind

Lovely stay- would recommend! We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh toiletries and the pool was lovely

The homemade breakfasts were different every day and absolutely delicious. The whole place is really well kept, with a super clean pool and a lovely, tidy territory

We also loved that there was various equipment that we could borrow for free, which made our stay even nicer. Having a parking space was also a big plus. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more

Absolutely amazing place to stay when you’re visiting the island. The host was very accommodating as we needed an extra bed and he sorted it out with no fuss at all

He gave us options on where was the best places to go and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat

The location is strategic: just a 15-minute drive away are some of the island's most famous beaches, such as Xigia and Makris Gialos, while just 300 meters from the apartments is the intimate and quiet Amoudi beach, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds

Anastasia also provides umbrellas to take to the beach. Zakynthos town and Tsilivi are also easily reached in about 25 minutes by car, making Julia Studios an excellent base for exploring the entire island

But the real spectacle is the sea view: waking up every morning to the crystal-clear blue before your eyes is priceless

A very nice and quiet place in October. Far away from over crowded touristic areas. It has modern chambers with a great outlook to the landscape and sea. I love this place and it‘s original Greek atmosphere.

We stayed at Julia Studios for a week and can wholeheartedly recommend it! Anastasia is a wonderful host: kind, sweet, and always available at any time for any need

The stay was PERFECT, great welcome and valuable advice as well as the possibility of renting a scooter on site to make sure we had the best possible vacation from Anastasia who is very pleasant on a daily basis.

Excelent location , very close to rasa beach ideal hotel for couples looking for a quiet room to sleep and in walking distance from bars and restaurants , you can go clubbing but return to a quiet room to sleep , accommodation value for money , comfortable , we did need a car to go to the beach as is located 1 minute walk , also the beach has crystal clear waters :) highly reccomended !

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the paradise apartments on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who took us to our room we decided to upgrade to a suit for a small cost well worth it as our suit was lovely comfortable bed lots of sockets and very clean with a nice terrace All the staff from reception bar staff and room attendant were fantastic nothing was a trouble...

The rooms are simple and have everything you need. The bathroom was fine and there is plenty of balcony space. Staff are lovely and food and drink is well priced

The pool and bar are lovely with incredible food especially for the price. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Zante strip however the accommodation makes it worth the walk as it’s priced so well

The pool area was also very good and well looked after. Overall nothing to complain about

The pool is lovely and the cleaners come in and clean everyday

The food at the bar should also not be overlooked especially the burgers. We even got a few injuries in Zante which meant our mothers had to fly out. But the hotel was so accommodating and lovely helping them get a room

The rooms on the top floor were very small with tiny showers. I can't criticise the staff, they were pleasant and attentive. Angelo in the bar (ran separately) was fantastic and couldn't do enough for anyone

Place is spotlessly clean and due to slightly older clientele at this time of year very chilled around the pool and no need to get up at crack of dawn to reserve beds etc

Our rooms were large enough and clean. The cleaner does a first class job. There was a 3rd bed in the room that blocked the use of the wardrobe and was there in place of any other storage item

The beach is wonderful and "No Name" bar was well worthy but all the prices are a little high. Quiet and peaceful but not well suited for children

It was my wifes birthday during our stay and she was treated to a great party. Giannis is only a 10 minute walk form the centre of town and beach so vey central

the hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the beach and centre. very peaceful and for 20 euro you can hire a moped and see the island and all it beauty

Zante Yliessa is all about enjoying friendly Greek hospitality and value for money on the beautiful Greek island of Zante. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you are coming home

WIFI works everywhere and fast! Sports, games and activities: Swimming pool with sun terrace and gardens, free sunbeds and parasols, poolside toilets and pool table. The long beach of Porta Roma is a 10-minute walk away

All rooms have a double bed or twin beds suitable for 2-3 persons, a kitchenette with cooking facilities and refrigerator, shower/toilet and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned

The rooms are what I expected, cleaned every day. And location is great: have few beaches near, a great restaurant and one shop (even if I'm not happy with this one)

Facilities: Food, drink and entertainment: Air-conditioned swimming pool offering breakfast, refreshments etc. All day wide screen TV and BBQ evenings

For the children: Children's pool area. Additional: Reception, housekeeping, lockers, parking and the nearest supermarket is just 80 meters away

Bread with ham and cheese, and sometimes bacon. We also got a slice of cake every day. We got orange juice and coffee/tea. For me it was more than enough. -We had lunch here and it was good! -Location is beautiful

Our apartment was a few minutes walking from the beach. You do have to pay 20 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, but it was worth it. This way nobody could claim it with towels

A problem if you have allergies though as all together on the same plate. You will probably benefit from car hire as taxis have to come from Zante Town so makes them more expensive and hit & miss

-You need to pay extra for airconditioning, which I really recomment. What was good: -Super nice staff. I have seen some negative reviews about the people who work here, especially about the man who serves the breakfast

Every staff member was really nice to us! -The breakfast was fine! We got 2 sorts of fruit, and a basket of bread with jam/honey and butter everyday. Sometimes we got a cooked egg, other times baked

Food good in the restaurant - Pre paid breakfast cold plate a bit random and amusing. You eat what you get or leave it but it was fine for us. Always had bread with preserves and fruit too

We met an old lady at first and she was the kindness personally. It is little bit further from the beach, but we were here for travel so we do not mind.

The owners were very friendly and the apartment was very clean. The location was great as well just a 2 min walk to the strip.

Steve and I have had a lovely 2 weeks with Sakis and his family. Our apartment was nice and the location is very central. Restaurants, bars and the beach are just minutes away

We didn’t know what to expect before arriving, I was not disappointed. The place is perfect , bar area was fantastic, service at the pool bar was amazing. We ate at the bar a few times and enjoyed everything

The breakfasts and bar meals are fantastic as is the pool and pool side sun beds

We have been travelling to Alykanas / Alykes for 18 years and always love our holidays and our stay at the Zante Nest was no exception, we loved it so much we have booked again for next year

We especially liked the small amount of rooms which immediately made you part of the family. The rooms were spotless and shower was very good. Beds were comfortable and made up daily

It has steps down into the sea, which is shallow for about 100m perfect. Our own sunbeams just for the hotel, and plenty of them. Our room has two balconies where we could sit and look out to sea

The room was very satisfying and perfect for a family trip. You can see the sea right from the door, and watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony

The apartment themselves were celaned well everyday and close to the beach and other shared pool areas (since it does not have a pool) so we were catered for on everything we needed as a family

What a great hotel and location 5yds to beachfront. the amazing ladies that own it where absolutely 💯 and even the cleaner's were so lovely and always happy

Start with stand out service and great hospitality. All of the staff and owner were amazing. They all went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived late and needed to join a work call
