Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a welcome drink and sweets, and all the staff were kind and helpful. They provided a shuttle bus, which was convenient, so we didn't have to use a taxi even once. I was surprised at the wide variety of breakfast options! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location, gorgeous view from the rooms, average breakfasts, gorgeous infinity pool. I give it 4 stars because the food could be tastier, the bed linen is fresh, everything seems fine, but it just falls short of 5, sometimes there are small stains, sometimes you have to ask for additional cleaning.

The environment was excellent, with plants and lovely decor. The balcony was large with a sofa and table, perfect for friends to stay together. The kitchen was on the balcony and also had tableware and cookware. We had a very pleasant stay and thank you to the owner for their hospitality.

It was just a perfect location and quite away from teh rush of Ubud main centre but still very easily reachable via walk. The rooms were clean and the balcony with the small kitchenette was quite nice to stay and enjoy some time in the morning sun.

There was a dead lizard behind the glass. I told the front staff to help clean this but it stayed like that till our last stay on the 3rd night. There were some strains and a hole on the bed sheet. Lovely place, the infinity pool has the most amazing view, very good for a photo shoot. Brill location close to lots of things and they rent out scooters for 60k rp a day. The food tasted fabulous and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
