Don't stay in the treehouse!!! It's incredibly noisy; you absolutely won't be able to sleep without noise cancellation. The earplugs they give you are useless; you can try them if you're curious. Gino Feruci Villa is close to the center of Ubud. The Villas are really nice with a private pool and a lot of space. They are very confortable. The food is good and you can manage many activites like rafting or visiting temples from the hotel. You can rend a motorbike too or book any transfers. The place is own by a nice and friendly family. It’s located at the heart of central Ubud where are many shops and it’s near everything, so it’s quite convenient. However, it’s a house so you have to carry your luggage up the staircase. And there’s no amenities beside a piece of towel and a half bottle of shower gel and shampoo—not even drinking water.

The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made sleeping uncomfortable. On the first night, I already complained and requested that the pillows be replaced. The hotel has a beautiful location right in the heart of Ubud, but it's very old, and so is the furniture. The linens aren't clean; they're yellowish and seem poorly laundered. The deluxe room size is fantastic, but the view is nothing special – no garden or anything, just a random leaf next to the window, you can't even tell where it came from.

The sheets and duvet cover had stains when we arrived. Ride-sharing cars aren't allowed to enter the hotel entrance, so if you're taking a private car or chauffeur service, this hotel could be an option.

The hotel was very clean and had a Balinese feel, and the staff were all very kind! There was a restaurant right across from the hotel and the food was absolutely delicious! Beautiful hotel with large rooms and very attentive and kind staff. Was easy to walk most places in ubud. I would just recommend bringing some earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the walls and doors are thin. You can hear frogs, dogs barking and roosters crowing late at night and early morning.
