The accommodation is simply unbeatable. Breakfast and even dinner were served on the terrace of our 300m² villa. The hotel's own free shuttle to Ubud (approx. 15 minutes) runs at any time you like. Located at a hill with rice paddy view, makes it a nice experience to open the windows to. At least 10 minutes motorbike ride to Central Ubud, and very hilly. The air is very fresh, and it feels like the countryside in China. You can't drive in by car, but there will be staff who will come down to pick us up on a motorcycle. Checking in at night is a bit scary👻. You can only call a taxi to the entrance of Love SPA at the foot of the mountain. You can call the butler's motorcycle to pick you up by Ctrip Internet, or grab your own motorcycle to locate it. We had a hard time contacting other hotels in Ubud, so we made a reservation in a hurry because the location of the hotel we contacted was not suitable for a family stay. The location was easy to find, and it was a two-story independent house, so the kids loved it. Beautiful villa, comfortable beds and nice quiet location but still close to the Main Street of Ubud. 24/7 motorbike ride was fun. The only negative thing was breakfast serving time was really slow took almost an hour.

Overall, it's just a hotel. There's a pool on the roof, and I stayed on the top floor right underneath it. I could hear people splashing around and diving in from early morning. In general: it's just a hotel.

The Mudru Resort is beautifully situated and peacefully secluded. The rooms are nicely decorated and well kept. There‘s a spa with a good variety of treatments, a nice big pool with deck chairs to relax in, a lush tropical garden and a restaurant with great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, the rooms are clean, the pools are great, and the staff is incredibly polite. We really enjoyed our stay. There's also a large shop nearby.

Great hotel for a relaxing stay - it's pretty quiet, the room is spacious, and there are two pools! There's a large supermarket nearby with everything you need. We rented a motorbike directly from the hotel, and the staff were very polite, which made our vacation comfortable! We recommend it!

The hotel is located on the outskirts, 30 minutes from the center. The hotel is old, but clean. The room is spacious, with a refrigerator and kettle, and daily cleaning.

Overall, our stay was okay. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Room was very tired and needs improving. Also, the room was not very clean. Bugs were everywhere (lots of ants). Stains on sheets and towels. Fairly remote location, few restaurants within walking distance. Price of room reflects condition.

The pool was not available for use due to the flood. The room booked was not available but the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite. Car park was also limited at the front of the property and the road to go out from the property is high, hence it scratches the bottom of the car. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.
