Baia delle Sirene Beach Resort in Briatico

I stayed the first week of September with my family. We checked in with a 3-hour wait for our room to be ready, not even a bottle of water to combat the heat. The owners were unsuitable for this type of establishment. The facility was very old and abandoned. The food was terrible; it was always the same pasta, only the toppings changed. The kids' menu was definitely better. The lifeguard was unprofessional. The only redeeming features were the cleaning ladies: they were cheerful and friendly. My room was always clean. I needed a €5 mosquito net, so geckos came in every night, and it was a constant battle before bedtime.
I definitely won't be returning.
Highly not recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation.

Bad experience. Unfriendly welcome. The tiny rooms. Unpolite housekeeping staff practically walked into the room directly after knocking once despite repeating that the room was occupied. Animation made by perhaps too young boys who could not involve, even if they were practically absent and were busy playing with each other. The pool had very few chairs and umbrellas, so it was impossible to find a seat. The room did not give a feeling of cleanliness in fact it often smelled bad. Little varied breakfast. Food was often bland, and repetitive. For parking, if you came back a little later it was impossible to find a place. The beach full of huge boulders, impassable with bare feet. Friendly waiters. The structure is located in a too isolated place, without lighting and a sign, not easy to reach. Let's say I wouldn't go back even if they gave me the stay.
