Absolutely wonderful place to stay at in Dolomites. The rates are very reasonable as well as their service is up to mark. It’s small homly place. It’s a very friendly place where you can relax and have fun

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Stuff very rude and unpolite. Rooms are much older and dirty than in photos. Breakfast is quite bad

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Staff was incredibly rude the second I arrived. Because of a booking error on their end they double charged me for my one night stay. When I got to my room there was someone else's underwear in my bathroom. I took a shower in the smallest shower ever and the drain was so clogged that not only did it flood the entire bathroom floor to my ankles, when the water had finally drained enough for me to open the bathroom door, it had also flooded my entire hotel room soaking a lot of my belongings. Breakfast in the morning was sub bar at best.

Don't waste your time with these greedy incompetent rude italians, there are plenty of other hotels in the same area with the same view. Oh not to mention there is only one road into the place and maps doesn't know the way so be prepared to ask a local for directions to get there.

Considering it’s one of the cheapest hotels up there, it’s good value for money, it’s clean and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The dinner was with a high service level that surprised me. I’ll give it just 4 start because the lady at reception it’s really not welcoming, I had a feeling I was bothering her the whole time, and didn’t feel welcomed, I don’t think she’s changing her attitude at her age, so I’d recommend putting someone more service oriented in her role.

Four star rating based on price vs performance ratio and reasonable expectations for the area. We stayed in a 3-bed room with three adults (family) and the main bedroom area was very tight (double bed plus a fold down sofa for third bed). But there’s also an enclosed balcony with two huge windows (one slides open) offering plenty of space to sit out with three real chairs and two small tables. You can hear the music of alpine cowbells from the herd on the nearby hill, too! The guy we dealt with most at the front desk spoke only Italian and German (thankfully I speak some German) so communication might be challenging for English speakers. The woman at the desk when we checked out spoke English well. Breakfast was great, dinner (we did half pension) was ok, but not great. Small salad buffet to start, first course was good, second course was ok (chicken option) and not good at all (fish option). Dessert was small and not much to speak off. But again, when looking at the total price we found it fine. This feels like more of an “Italian” place than many of the other more Germanic/Austrian places in the town. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel, and a bike storage room with plugs if you need it. The hotel also has a small fleet of new-looking, decent quality full suspension e-MTBs to rent for cheaper prices than the shops in town.

I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2023. I had booked the cheapest room with no view, but when I cheked in I got a room with a balcony with a grand view over the mountains. The room was clean an had been mordenized recently in a very nice way. The walls are thin so bring earplugs in case you get noisy neighbours. There was plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Get there as early as you can, the bread baskets does not get refilled. If there is a tour bus parked outside the hotel you are in bad luck. All participants of the tour shows up at the breakfast buffet when it opens. The room was not airconditioned but it cooled down quickly during the night. There is free parking on the parking lot at the hotel.

The location is really good to visit Alpe di Siusi. Great views, free parking and good size of the room. Dinner was exceptional and Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. We would stay again. ;)

3 stars for a three star hotel. Remember you get what you pay for. Unfriendly service, small but clean 1960ish interior, included dinner mostly a joke. i.e. our dinner included fruit for desert...we expected at least a mixed fruit cup, but was given a bowl with a couple of apricots in it. Whole fruit, pit and all. Our main course was 3 strimp on plate. No sides at all...just 3 shrimp. It might be an Italian regional thing so I'll go with me not understanding the culture. If you can afford it, just stay somewhere nicer. Lesson learned.
