This is an excellent hotel with a super friendly staff. The location is very good for visiting Portofino and Cinque Terre. The breakfast is flawless. Will recommend.

FABULOUS! The room is nice size, clean and bright, equipped with good AC. The reception is nice and helpful. In the ground floor you can sit in very nice taras with lot of plants and corner for kids. On the other side you can enjoy chill room, while reading or watching TV. If you feel like chilling, there is also small bar. In the building you can use gym and playground on the second floor. On the top floor is taras with truely panoramic view (amazing at night, a bit loud during the day). Just accross the street you can enjoy beach or night walk along docks. When you think it couldn't be any better, go for breakfast. To say it is delicious is not enough- great choices from crossaint and sweets, amazing bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes, through scrambled eggs made by order and bowl full of cut fruits, pudding and cake, fresh coffee..... you will love it!

The place is a 3 star hotel, and perhaps it's time for renovation, but everything is very clean. It's maintained with great care and very neat.

Kids are liveland welcomed, the even have a playroom and 2 additional game areas for the kids.

There is an option for a full pension, we didn't do that but the inculcated breakfast was fabulous. Better than in many 4/5 🌟 places.

The hotel is in front of the see (need to cross the railroad right next to it) and each room has a balcony with a view!

The hotel is strategically located in front of the beach and the train station. Excellent cleaning and attention to anti-covid rules. Generous and tasty dinners and lunches. A thoughtful welcome and truly worthy of a five-star hotel. Roberta very kind and full of attention for young and old. Absolutely recommended !!

What to say? Only praise, starting from Mrs. Roberta and all the staff: it feels better than at home. Courtesy and helpfulness are the masters of the hotel Tigullio. The location is excellent, 1 minute from the center, 2 minutes from the sea and 3 from the train station, practically the car can be forgotten. There is everything, a play area for children, a catering service worthy of a restaurant, an outdoor and an indoor lounge, but I repeat, the thing that makes you feel good is the kindness, courtesy and availability of everyone no one excluded. The owner always has a smile and a word for everyone and what is really useful, she can advise you for anything and are excellent advice. We spent some really special days and saying thank you is little. Good summer to all and heartfelt thanks from Antonio, Elisa, Gaia, Leonardo and Giulio
