The hotel is in a great location. The entrance is from the gallery. Everything is close: the beach, the train station, restaurants, and parking. The front desk staff was fantastic. The lady was very kind and friendly, and she recommended many great spots. We took advantage of most of her recommendations, for which we were grateful. Breakfast was sufficient (I only missed Italian tomatoes ;) ). The breakfast staff was smiling and helpful. The cleaning lady was very polite. The reception is open 24 hours a day. We were very pleased. The church bells didn't bother us at all and created a wonderful atmosphere when we woke up. Because of the service, we will return to this hotel again. Besides, the coast has many interesting places we didn't have time to see. Thank you for everything!

The room lacks light, it's close to the train station and the sea. Breakfasts are okay.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the station. Large rooms with balconies, excellent Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and regular housekeeping. There's a terrace where you can spend the evening. A delicious, varied breakfast. We'll definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was modest. The hotel is showing its age and needs a complete renovation. Great location in the heart of the city.

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Rapallo. The room is clean, spacious, the breakfast that was included was not bad. The view from the window was a bit specific, into a "typical Italian courtyard" with the appropriate nuances, but that's also characteristic of Italy, which you love..

was disappointed. old furnished room with not really a nice view. i could hear the elevator the whole night (thin walls), the sauna was not working and for the breakfast i had to walk to another place - only to get a coffee and a croissant. Good thing for me was that it’s located in the center. And the room was clean and the receptionist was friendly.

A very good stopover hotel in the very middle of the town, to be precise: in the middle of Rapallo's period shopping mile. What fascinated us was very cordial, easygoing and obliging staff, who were ready to wait for our arrival in the middle of the night, and truly Italian atmosphere. Good, varied breakfast, served by a friendly lady in a cosy dining room. You make one step out of the main entrance and immediately find yourself where Rapallo presents itself at its best.
