Near the beach ⛱️, comfortable rooms, no small refrigerator to keep cold water or something, no safe in the room. No WiFi in the rooms, only outside. And no bar outside, only place to sit and rest, Good breakfast, you can eat and drink as you like. The bathroom is too small , but is okay. It is hard sometimes to find a parking place near it. Free bicycles to use, i will recommend it to a couple or friends. Nice please 👍🏼👍🏼

A very nice, small hotel in a great location right on the beach, and the pedestrian zone is also within easy reach.
We stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had everything we needed and was constantly replenished.

Seafront, but noisy rooms, dated furnishings, and no elevator.
Parking is not on-site, but far away and subject to charges.
A hairdryer must be requested at reception and is not available in the room. Toilet paper was insufficient for three people.

I strongly advise to avoid tihs place. The owner was impolite and is not following hours which he defined on booking page. On booking check-in is marked from 8-12. We specially travelled all night and wanted to rest and he refused to let us in at 10 o'clock saying that if we don't want we don't have to be here.
He has terrible attitude and he takes your passport for whole stay saying it is to make sure you pay... This is against laws of data protection and RODO.
Food was not fresh. Be carefull with juices - all of them will make you sick.
No elevator - you have to take your luggage up on 3rd floor.
Parking - you have to pay 5 EUR/day and is on the other cost (15 minutes of walking)...

The hotel is old, but the service makes up for everything. Rooms clean, cleaned every day, towels clean, sheets changed during stay. The gentleman who cleans sings and smiles. The air conditioning works.
Excellent breakfast, fresh pastries, coffee with whipped milk, cheeses, butter, hams, salami, 2 types of melons, pineapple, croissants, juices, vegetables (pepper, cucumber, tomato), Nutella, marmalades, yogurt... The owner is always with asks if everything is in order.
Location right by the beach, great. There is no elevator, but there is a storage room for a stroller, mattresses, and parasols.
According to the reviews, we were expecting a disaster, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Except for the location, very disappointing. I reserved by phone because I was informed of this via e-mail. We didn't have our reservation on site, but it was good that a room was available. Then charged a higher price on departure and said yes, the price list sent was wrong. Very cheeky!!!

It is good for those who do not want to spend a fortune in the various hotels in Lignano Sabbiadoro. The structure looks like the 70's and the furniture certainly stayed that way when it opened. But I assure you that the rooms are clean and fragrant. For those who do not have many pretensions. Owner a character quite grumpy and above all forgetful. I recommend that you call several times to confirm your reservation. Excellent beachfront location
