We liked our room, yes the shower is a bit small but fine. The spa is lovely! Waters not as hot as in California but the pool jets felt great. But DO NOT EAT dinner at this hotel- our dinner really was horrible and for 70 euros just a waste of money. We were just here in November 2025, the beach was empty but beautiful, the town is basically closed up.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to provide bath robes for the hotel Springs.

On international standards to me rather a 2 possibly a 3 star hotel. Everything gets cleaned regularly and it’s tidy. Breakfast would be ok, if this is a youth hostel, for a hotel its of poor quality and only least choices.

We had a wonderful four days in this amazing beach hotel with its swimming pools and the amazing spa. Be sure to bring your shower caps. Great service from Gabriel and Gataneo along with the great breakfast crew. Special thanks to Jafar. Great job by the housekeeping team kept our room and huge deck clean

Nice place. Nice city. but I didn't feel welcome
I only stayed one night. I didn't get to use all the services. Dinner was quite early, so I couldn't go to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Since checkout was at 10:30 and I had a train to catch at 3:00 PM, I asked if I could stay until 2:00 PM and leave my bags, and use the common areas or leave them to go to the beach. They told me a firm no, and that I had to leave the hotel completely by 10:30 AM. That seemed a bit inflexible. And at 9:50 AM, they came knocking on my door to see if I could leave. It seems they were in a hurry to occupy it.

I stayed in this hotel for an orchestra tour and spent a great time! Very nice hotel with good rooms, food, service and at a wonderful location!! Thanks for everything to the personal! :-)

This is a likely a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms are a postage stamp and the shower is 24 x 30. The balcony has one lonely chair. To get a towel for the pool is 5 euro! There are no outlets near the bed to change your phone. I had to pay for 6 nights in advance and I am regretting it. The room is clean and the shower has good pressure but I would expect more than a shower gel pump in the shower, no shampoo. And my 4G is 5 times faster than the Hotel WiFi that works intermittently. Having said that the pool is spectacular as is the spa. Breakfast is excellent but order your coffee as the machine coffee is terrible.

Grosseto is absolutely beautiful and was much needed after spending time in Rome. This hotel was stunning, inside and out. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and always ready to help! The spa was AMAZING!!! They have everything from a pool, to a sauna, to a jacuzzi and to massages! Their breakfast offers a wide variety of fruits, pastries, cheese and deli meat. There are not many hot food items. Their dinner, which requires a reservation, was good. Their fried calamari and shrimp basket was very good, and their seafood gnocchi was out of this world! The other items were not as tasty, but decent! The room was adequate (small shower), but nothing special. Towels and bathrobes were extra on top of the price for the stay.
