The food is vary bad for a 4 star hotel, some of the furniture is rusty and old and its far from the wather. They also lie in the photoes about the placemant. The employees treat us with disrespect and no interest (borderline agresiv)

I spent 8 wonderful days at this hotel. I liked everything, the room, very clean, spacious, impeccable cleanliness in the bathroom and in the room, a pleasant, fresh smell. I had a view of the garden and the sea, superb. The food was very good, fresh, with everything you could want. The garden was gorgeous, full of special plants, of all kinds. The staff was very kind, polite and pleasant. The road to the city was on a shortcut that was a little steep, but the landscape was very nice, there was something to see. The city of San Remo, a wonder, worth visiting. In short, a 10.

Nice 4 star hotel with the charme of the 70ties. Sure it needs some little things to repair, but generally it offers nice and clean rooms, also a very nice and clean swimming pool (surrounded by palm trees), private car parking and absolutely stunning view.
The best part: It's not expensive at all. Room rates are very fair and parking was included.
I defenitifely recommend this hotel, specially if you in the need of a save parking space.

The property is generally old, we had black mould in our room, shower was disaster with trying to get any pressure and setting water temperature where we could only have cold or boiling hot.
Location of the hotel was not great as we had to walk up stip hill to get there which wouldn't be an issue if we wouldn't have to take shower evertime...
Food was same everyday unfortunately and I had to wait for about 20min to get clean mug to make hot drink as noone looked to top them up.
The only positive things were gentlemen in the reception who let us check in a bit earlier, staff who were cleaning the rooms and life guards.
Other than that I would avoid.

Refresh needed
Comfortable but definitely in need of a refresh, suggest its living on past glories

06.08.2025 Guest

Not bad, but the hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Cleanliness is very good, but I wouldn't recommend the ground floor rooms in the building with the pool, as they lack privacy.

This is not the first time we have stayed here. When travelling it is located quite near the motorway to make it really convenient although the roads to and from the hotel are small and a little awkward for a larger vehicle. The hotel and staff make the roads worthwhile though.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean as are the bathrooms. We will be returning again shortly and would definitely recommend.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. DO NOT waste your money here. It’s awful. Ants everywhere!

Breakfast not too bad but not crazy. Friendly staff. The downside is the pool is open from 10:00 to 18:30. In the middle of a heatwave it's a bit short
