The hotel has a good location, just a 2-minute walk from the station. The rooms are large and well-equipped with kitchen amenities. It's two train stops from the city center. There are no bathrobes or slippers. Breakfast is the same every day with a limited menu. Be aware that you'll be asked for a deposit, and it must be paid by card only. Unfortunately, our deposit was not returned nearly a month after our trip, and we've received no response to our emails. We've never experienced anything like this with this hotel chain before.

A very good stay. The staff was friendly and always tried to speak Spanish. One point for improvement would be the room cleaning; we stayed three nights and they didn't change the towels even once. Everything else was great!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Rome. It's right next to the Vatican, so the location is great and convenient for getting around, and most importantly, it feels very safe. The prices are usually around 1000+, which makes it quite good value for money. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are also very nice.

The room was old style but very spacious, clean, well appointed and functional for a quiet and comfortable stay. Good value and being away from the city centre, the nearby train station provided ready access to then explore the city and sights. Breakfast was available which we enjoyed and as there was no evening meal option, the restaurant next door was very good.
Staff were friendly and helpful so while not a 5 star hotel as such, a well deserved 4 stars given here. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Happy to use this hotel again and recommend for value conscious travellers.

The apartment was much larger than we expected and we loved it. Full kitchen with full sized fridge. Large lounge and dinning area. Big bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of storage. Massive balcony with outdoor setting. The train station is just next door (Roma Balduina). You do have to change stations for Rome Termini. We would catch the train in and get an Uber back. Walking distance to two local supermarkets plus two mini markets nearby. There are other local shops as well. We enjoyed having some simple meals in the apartment. Very nice and safe area. A few little hills but still easy walking. There is also a walking/bike track which takes you up to the next train station which runs alongside the property. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. There is a fancy restaurant next door . We didn't go but it was popular with the locals. There was not to many others that we could see. We stayed 5 days and would recommend it.

A Very Disappointing Stay: Dirty Room and Overpriced Breakfast and room rate.
My recent stay at this hotel was thoroughly disappointing, due to issues with both the accommodation and the amenities.
Unclean Room and Uncomfortable Bed
The room was in a poor state of cleanliness. Most alarmingly, I found hair on my bed upon arrival. The mattress and pillows were unacceptable; they appeared old and worn out, as if they hadn't been renewed for a decade. The pillows were so horrible that I decided to throw them away immediately. Furthermore, my skin became itchy and developed a rash, which I can only assume was caused by the unclean bedding.
Confusing Location and Overpriced Breakfast
Please be aware that there is a minor issue with the location. The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Balduina train station. However, when purchasing a ticket at the station, you cannot find it listed simply as "Balduina." You must search for "Roma Balduina" to buy the correct ticket for your return journey.
And they highlight that their location closed to Vatican City. But it actually NOT at all. Still brig you to there by taxi about 30-40mins. About 25-35euro
Finally, the breakfast was a major letdown. They provided a terrible "buffet" that cost €19 per person. The food selection was incredibly limited, with very few options, making it extremely poor value for money.
Overall
Unfortunately, because of the unclean room, which likely caused skin irritation, and the severely overpriced breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
I will never come back to this hotel.

We just got back from Adagio Roma Vatican. Great hotel in the perfect location. We had a very clean apartment, with spacious bedroom and lovely balcony. Kitchen very well equipped. Clean and nice bathroom. Hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Vatican city. There's a train station just a minute of walk from the hotel, and bus stop, 3 minutes of walk. You can reach the city center easily then. Local grocery shops, small pizza shops are located a 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. Swimming pool is quite small, but enough to cool yourself, and you can rest on the lounger around the pool. The reception desk is opened 24h and very kind people working there. They speak most popular languages like English, French and of course Italian, so no problem with communication at all. Breakfasts where good enough, but actually the same thing everyday.

Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very big and had kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large fridge freezer etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was decent (bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals etc). Next door to a train station and close to bus routes. A Pam supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. The pool was also decent and had no problem with getting sun loungers each afternoon. Only gripe is that the hotel doesn't offer a more regular change of towels and bed linen.

Very good. The location is a bit far from tourist attractions but there's a train station nearby, and a supermarket is also close by. The room has a kitchen where you can cook, and the balcony is quite large. The bathroom is small, and the shower is old.

I stayed In this hotel with my family. But they started to work in front of my room at 8 o’clock. I was angry. I’ve wrote a complaint about this. But instead of saying a good apologies; They wrote us that email; “we started at 10 o’clock and we won’t give your money back.“
I didn’t want your money. I just wanted some peace. Because this was a quiet hotel. But you didn’t warn me about the loud that you will do in front of my room at 8 o’clock.
