We had a wonderful stay at Opera boutique B&B Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.

The location is excellent — very close to the city center, public buses, restaurants, and all the main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing.

A special thank you to Francesca and Paolo, the owners, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay even more special.

We were completely satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended! ✨

I stayed here for 4 nights. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need. It is less than a mile from the Duomo ( easy walk) and close to plenty of restaurants. I felt safe by myself. The room was large and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities. I will definitely come back here. Highly recommend!

What can I say that others haven’t already?
This is a beautiful little B&B made up of 4 rooms.
I can’t speak for the other rooms but we stayed in Queen of the Night, this was a beautifully appointed room with all the amenities that you would expect, full of character.
I was disappointed that we hadn’t booked room only & not for breakfast but that was my own fault.
Thank you for a great stay in a beautiful city.

We had an amazing stay at Opera Boutique B&B! The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and a comfy bed. The hosts were super helpful and gave us great recommendations. It is in a good location only short walk to a few bus stops or great if you don’t mind more of walk to the tourist areas. We would recommend staying here and hope to come back again one day.

Such a gem! The room was spotless and smelled so fresh and good as soon as you walked in, the sheets, decor, everything. It’s about a 10 min walk from the Duomo but still far enough to where the food around is delicious and authentic. Francesca thank you for your hospitality, you made my experience in Firenze that much better because of how wonderful my stay with my little brother was at Opera Boutique B&B.

We have had an excellent stay here. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and the owners were very helpful. An excellent location about a 15/20 minute walk to the station and centre of Florence. Excellent hospitality and we would definitely book here if we visit Florence again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little boutique B&B in Florence! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was beautiful — really quaint, full of Italian charm, and even had a lovely 4-poster bed that made it feel extra special. It was perfect for our 2 days exploring Florence. The location was amazing — super central, with everything within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a short city break!

The room we stayed in was a great space. Chocolate and welcome prosecco, yes please! The hosts were very gracious and helpful. They cleaned the room daily but there is the option of messaging them if that’s something not desired. It was close to the train station and walkable to a more touristy part of town.
