I stayed in a stunning suite with elegant décor and a private outdoor patio that made the experience feel extra special. Everything was spotless, the service was exceptional, and I would gladly return for another stay.

I shouldn't really fault this hotel but it is a bit of a walk to Ischia Porto and no sea view, which I've been used to. But nothing bad about it. Great staff and breakfast. Wasn't half board but heard the evening meal was fab. Place clean and efficient and good spa facilities.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Continental. Excellent service from all staff. Gioell on reception & Vita in pool bar thank you for your lovely friendly service. Reception staff extremely informative. Great choice of food. Rooms clean and fresh. Can highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Stayed at Continental Terme for 2 nights. Lovely, welcoming staff and beautiful pools. Reception staff were really helpful with bus information - bus stop right outside hotel. Took trips into port and Saint Angelo - beautiful. Would recommend this hotel and looking forward to staying here again.

I spent my 40th birthday here and sharing a very honest review. Firstly - the car park for the premises is located at the very back of the building and you have to enter via the main roads and it is shared with other businesses. The walk to reception is quite far as the hotel is huge and very overwhelming. We couldn’t even find where breakfast was located or anything as the front of house team didn’t explain much at check in - a map of the hotel would have been much better. The pools required you to wear caps which cost €2 and pool towels also €2 which is a bit sneaky of them! The worst thing however, were the electrical black out shutters in each room. Despite them working wonderfully, if you want to be woken up by a next door early bird then be prepared for a loud noise every morning!!! No shampoo / conditioner provided or vanity set so bring your own and finally no pool service, you have to walk a long way to get your own drinks. This hotel would have been alot better if it was smaller and more accommodating rather than go too large which is very difficult to settle into.
