Although we loved our stay, and it is a very beautiful hotel they have a lot of things to improve:
1) the jacuzzi in the room was extremely dirty. A lot of sand, dirt and flies.
2) I ordered a cappuccino to my room and it never arrived.
3) there was lack of body soap in the shower.
4) we booked a romantic dinner and the music was too loud and the waiter although very nice, sometimes he was staring at us.
5) the breakfast can be improved in taste.
Otherwise, is a really beautiful hotel and I recommend to stay there as it has increíble views, a private beach and the staff is very nice.

Unforgettable!!!! What a stunning boutique hotel in Ischia! Couldn’t beat the location, once you get off the ferry it’s a 5 minutes walk to Paradise. Hotel is newly renovated, rooms are so beautiful and calming, food is so delicious, outdoor gym on the roof with a view! And the massage, wowww, one of the best! Will definitely come back💙 most important the staff are amazing very friendly and definitely make you feel home.

We had a sea view room which is a room built within the rock face so unspoilt view of the sea and horizon perfect for sunsets. Easy access via stairs to the private sea platform with drink and food service to your sun loungers. The prices for food an drinks are similair to the port restraunts, albeit room bar snacks and drinks are pricier as expected.
Yes you can hear noises from the corridor but its very minimal from what we have experienced.
Overall a lovely hotel with amazing staff who go above an beyond, especially advice on where to explore on the island.

Amazing place, with beautiful views, super nice and helpful service. Swimming in the peaceful bay is an unforgettable experience. The hotel is a small, boutique-style place that takes great care to ensure guests’ comfort. We loved the room, the location, the sea! The only thing we missed was having fresh vegetables at breakfast. It’s a pity that in a country known for its delicious, sweet tomatoes, we couldn’t enjoy them in the morning.

The hotel is perfectly located less than 2 minutes away from the port. The property was beautiful - they have a pool and private beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The restaurant was also really great. We came in late May and almost had the whole hotel to ourselves. The room was clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

This place looks incredible from the photos both here and on booking but unfortunately are very misleading. Maybe it had its hay day in the past but the hotel is currently under a bit of construction on the upper levels and is completely run down. The pool and restaurant is closed, leaving only the private beach (which is beautiful) and a beach bar as remaining services. We had issues with our room which were resolved by moving us to a darker room with black mold on the walls and a shower that sprayed water everywhere. Not to mention that the rooms are very outdated and ugly and the public areas beside some seating areas are badly kept, including dead plants everywhere which is absurd on such a lush island. All this to say, this place is NOT worth the €220+ I spent per night!!! Shame on the owners for being such thieves and making their kind staff members deal with unhappy customers.

Beautiful place to stay at. 15min from the center and five min from the port. Clean water and rich breakfast! (not the best coffee/cappuccino and a poor tea selection) The bathtubs where cold, 22-24 degrees. View from our room with see view

I recommend to book with half-pension as the atmosphere in the evening in the restaurant is simply stunning and the food tasty!
Ischia is a nice spot, however well-known to be expensive (just as most places in southern italy nowadays). However, I think the price-service relation is fair at "Pagoda-Hotel"
The rooms where simple, but always clean. The hotel is located in Porto d'Ischia, but it's very pleasant since you can't hear any annoying noises.
Will come back in a few years.
