Bed was hard, the furniture in the room is extremely noisy as the room above us made all kinds of noise. The man at the front desk was very rude even for a typical local. We had to remove the sheets to remove sand like particles from the sheets.

We (myself and my 64 year old mom) stayed here at the end of June, and everything was wonderful. The service was excellent, the room was clean and nice, and dinner was delicious (and they always encouraged us to eat more). I have no complaints as to the noise- it felt almost like we were alone in our part of the building. We enjoyed the beach very much, and we appreciate all the help from the front desk.

This was our second visit in the last two years and Da Maria continues to impress, the staff are excellent and always very helpful, our bedroom was super comfortable apart from the air con not working to maximum efficiency, we ended up sleeping with balcony doors open listening to the lovely sound of the waves from the sea just below us. The Hotel restaurant serves lovely food typical of the region. As I said earlier this beautiful boutique family hotel never fails to impress.
