Seaside Caracciolo in Naples

Really lovely location in Naples. Great room, really comfy bed and shower room with all amenities including hair dryer. Great view and location. Lovely touch with free water and coffee machine. Host Rosella is super helpful and welcoming. Nothing is to much trouble. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend 😍

We were very pleased with the hotel. The host was easily contactable on WhatsApp and we were able to check in a few hours early. The hotel is situated West of the Naples which is easily accessible by foot or transport. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station that goes all over the city including the airport and many of the tour pick up spots. We booked the 'Capri' room which overlooks the harbour with views of Vesuvius, the Castle and Capri. One of our tour guides described the area as more residential than touristy if that is your preference. We had multiple people before hand mention how 'unsafe' Naples was however the hotel is only a hundred metres or so from the US Consulate so there are routinely Police and armed patrols so very comfortable to be put in this area late at night.

For transparency the Capri room also overlooks a busy road, at no fault of the owner obviously. East of the consulate building the road along the harbour is entirely pediatrianised which may add to this part directly outside being busier. The pedestrianised area stretches all the way to the Spanish quarter and near enough to be ferry port so walking/ cycling or Scootering is pleasant. There are various Scooter and E-bike parking close by to the hotel.

The building in manned by a porter during the day and at night the building, apartment and room are accessible via an online portal which is very easy to use.

We stayed in the Ischia room at Seaside Caracciolo and had a truly wonderful time! The room was spotless, fragrant, and meticulously maintained, with a window overlooking the sea.
The bathroom was also always clean and tidy, and every day we found it cleaned with care and attention.
A pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing stay. I would definitely return!

Overall, the place is conveniently located, has a wonderful view, and is easily accessible. The owner was immediately welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The explanations were clear, both online and before arrival. To be picky, the room could use a little
refreshing because it's showing its age. But this needs to be said to be as objective as possible in this review. At the same time, personally, I had a great time, and if I were to return to Naples, I would definitely stay here again, as it offers excellent value for money. I chose the Vesuvio room. Perfect stay!! I've been coming to Naples for years, but this is the first time I've found accommodation like this... exceptional location, spotlessly clean room, and even had all my clothes folded. Superb staff, always cold water in the shared fridge, and the option to make coffee... breathtaking sea view!! Top!

We enjoyed our week in April in Naples in the Guesthouse Carraciolo a lot!
A clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. In the morning, when you open the window, you feel the sea breeze and see the sea and the Vesuvio directly from your window. It is a truly unique and unforgettable experience!
The place has comfortable beds, good matresses and pillows, decent facilities with toilettries and slippers.
We enjoyed tasty coffee from the coffee machine available and the bottled water for coffee/on the go.
The guest house is located in a safe and chill / posh heighbourhood, with half hour walk to the center via seafront. Busses and metro are 5 min walk from the stay. Some nice restaurants/bars and a market are 0-5 minutes walk.
Special thanks to the sweet and hospitable hosts, Diego and Rossella - very fast and easy booking (we booked directly and paid via bank transfer), they were always very quick with response, and we could get a late check in with no stress.
And, most important - we feeled really welcome, and had no single issue during our stay.
We loved Naples, and we would like to come back - and that’s the place for us to stay again!

Discovering by chance this small family-run structure located on the Caracciolo promenade, I tried to book directly on its website by choosing a room with an evocative name: "Capri". And in fact when I entered the room, from the balcony, I was immediately presented with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples with the unmistakable profile of the island of Capri right in front. The bathroom is very clean and the furnishings are pleasant. I will definitely come back if I am back in the Neapolitan capital
