When we return from vacation, we always stop in Naples. This year, we chose Palazzo Chiatamone, which is very beautiful and well-kept. Two flaws, however, are the lack of bidet towels and the breakfast. I'll start by saying that it was well stocked with sweet and savory items, but the croissants were from the day before, and I didn't appreciate them. The people who welcomed us were very kind. We'll definitely be back and I recommend it.

There are many wonderful features about this hotel, the two top features are the location and the cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless and the air condition was perfect. The B&B it two streets away from the water and a series of great restaurants. I would not stay near the train station - it had the opposite feel and it would have ruined our trip. We had a lovely breakfast that was included and the price was perfect. I would stay here again. The only downside is that you need to check in within a specific timeframe (front desk closes). The wifi wasn't always 100% reliable. Apart from that, a great deal.

The room was very clean, with a small balcony overlooking the street. The shower was small, but it had a door that closed, so showering didn't flood the bathroom, which was reassuring. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room could be cleaned daily upon request. The breakfast selection was extensive, including hot coffee, yogurt, sweet breads and cakes, and savory options. The elevator, while small, easily accommodated three people, and there was plenty of space for one person with two suitcases. The elevator requires coins at certain times, but don't worry, they are available at the front desk. Luggage storage was completely trouble-free. Finally, I'd like to express my special thanks to the two friendly front desk staff who assisted me. My luggage was delayed by the airline, and I called the airport several times to check on its status. Due to the language barrier, communication was difficult, and both staff made these calls for me. The front desk staff, especially the one we met on our first day, were very helpful and helpful in making calls to the airport and the courier company, helping me clarify the situation and locate my luggage. This was crucial in helping me retrieve it. Overall, I was very satisfied with this B&B and would recommend it to my friends.

We have stayed in Palazzo Chiatamone for 5 nights and it is highly recommended. The room is spacious although the shower tray is a little bit tight. It is closed to seashore, a convenient location with lot of restaurants. Some major attractions are within walking distance. The manager, Caesar, is very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. All other staffs are very nice and friendly too. The elevator is very small, which may be a problem for large luggage. This is not unique since most historic buildings in Naples has the same issue. Overall, we feel very comfortable to stay here.

Victoria was the best! He assisted us from the moment we walked up to the tiny door. He provided a map with all outstanding suggestions. He made our last night in Naples AMAZING! I will be back. Ciao!

Excellent B&B in a strategic position: the historic part is easily reached on foot and the Caracciolo seafront is around the corner. Excellent breakfast. The lack of private parking is unfortunately a negative point. There is a discounted parking, but the daily costs are still high. In any case, if we returned to Naples, we would return to Palazzo Chiatamone

The room is very clean and the location is very good. It is only 100 meters away from the beach and the surrounding area feels quite safe.

The staff were excellent and they speak english and very good in assisting us. The location of the palace is perfect who wish to visit Scappa Napoli and Castel del Ouvo
