Perfect in terms of staff and location. The bathroom is new but poorly maintained, particularly the shower and screens (they should really address this because it's cheap and effective). The 1.80m long bed is wide enough for two people and has a viscoelastic mattress (you either love it or hate it, there's no middle ground). The room also needs a fresh coat of paint and a few minor adjustments (a cheap and effective solution). Breakfast was good, just right, and nothing extravagant. We paid around €60 per night, which I think is fair value for money.
Access to the floor where the accommodation is located is via stairs.

The room was clean, the staff very friendly and courteous. Pretty good breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is ideal because is close to the historic center and in the middle of a lot of attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Hard to find. The facilities are old. The surrounding area feels dangerous.

The room was clean and tidy, except the chairs were worn out, looking like they would fall over if you sat on them. Also, bottled water in the refrigerator was chargeable.

Excellent place to stay, we stayed for one night! Great air conditioning, everything was spotless! Shampoo, soap, linens, TV, and Wi-Fi were excellent! I recommend it and would return again and again! The service at check-in and check-out was fantastic!

The stairs are a challenge but other than that it's perfect.

The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions.
The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite.
