We had lovely service from both the from desk staff and the wait staff. The front desk called us a taxi whenever we needed; our breakfast was delicious every morning and the seating area was so quaint and lovely. We were here March 2020 before covid forced everyone home. We thank you for being so accommodating even in a time of crisis. Hope you are all doing well - love from Canada

Very nice hotel, clean and well located on a pedestrian promenade. This was our second stay at Partenope Relais. We like the lovely convenient location with a castle, a picturesque marina facing Mt. Vesuvius just a 5 minute walk down the promenade and restaurants nearby including Hache which has wonderful pizza. The breakfast room is lovely with an exceptional assortment of breakfast items including excellent cappuccinos, pastries and hot food items. We took short taxi rides of around 20 euros for 4 people to Spaccinapoli for a street food tour and to the Archeological Museum with all the Pompeii treasures. The staff at Partenope Relais was totally wonderful. Whatever we needed, we asked and we got. All requests were cheerfully met by the front desk. Adelaide was particularly lovely. The street noise did not bother us as we closed our window and were quite comfortable. Our family would not think of staying anywhere else in Naples.

I was there this summer with my family, e are 4. Almost everything was terrible. The room was dark and a light didn't work, so it was even darker. The breakfast was in room due to covid: they brought coffee and cappuccino without any knife or spoon for the chocolate and marnelade they bring.
The room and the bathroom were not clean, they could seem nice and sparkling only in the pictures on the website. The parking is expensive and obviously not included like even a bottle of water.
Only good point the position.

The view was really cool on Capri Island but the room was too small (n. 118) moreover at night there is a structure noise done from water pipe that last all the night through. I ve been asking to the night shift front desk but I was rudely answered that is a problem of the old building. Breackfats because of covid was in the room which has mentioned are too small to be a 4 stars hotel...

Very nice boutique hotel on the main promenade. Really nicely decorated with a movie theme. Room very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We were made very welcome. Very near lots of bars and restaurants. We decided to stay here rather than the city centre and a good choice. Good bus service into city if needed. We walked it in 40 minutes.

Not a bad hotel, but it is not in the same level of others 4 stars boutique hotel in Italy. It is a decent 3 star small hotel. We paid US$ 700 for 4 nights in a room looking a Internal square here, for US$ 740 we could stay at the Excelsior that is a lot nicer and better located.

Terrible! I can’t believe it. We had a problem with our reservation. We booked a room and when we arrived here, we have another one. We tried to find a solution but the manager who only talked to us by phone, never appeared. If she would have wanted to solve it she had been able to do it. No courtesy, bad manners and above all a totally lack of empathy. I don’t recommend it.
