Friendly staff, reasonable price, very clean. The balcony overlooking the sea offers a beautiful view both day and night. Paid parking is available nearby.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to Napoli. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. I especially appreciated the beautiful view, which made my mornings even more enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The atmosphere and overall decor give the place a warm and refined feel.
Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return.

ABSOLUTE HORROR! Bed Bugs bit me all night. Didn’t realize what it was until the next morning. Took pictures of the bugs and my blood, showed staff. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. There was something beeping in the hall.
The management hasn’t even bothered to reach out after 4 days since I checked out. Unbelievable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Bit by something all night, turns out it was bed bugs. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. Something was beeping in the hall all night. Management hasn’t bothered to reach out to apologize. It’s been 4 days since I checked out. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Excellent staff they are all helpful and very responsive even the gentleman at the breakfast restaurant he is extremely courteous. Great service!

The only thing was the fridge is not too cold and the lighting can be a little warmer than led bright light.

Even the last request to get taxi was up to the expectation. Thank you Partenope Relais. I will come back to Naples I love the city everyone is very nice and has their personality.

Will not recomend to a friend
The toilet was not working. We have to move from room to room and end up flashing toilet with the teapot

Beware if the rooms facing the busy street behind the hotel, very noisy traffic, hinking, etc. The room was large but pretty dated with black colour decor. No coffee in room or near hotel at all.

The jacuzzi in the room was a great idea and made the stay special, but everything else was also excellent

The Partenope Hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, but I found the price of the room I stayed in to be somewhat high considering its condition. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, earning a perfect score of 100%.
