Piazza Carità in Naples

The Hotel Piazza della Carità boasts an excellent location, nestled between the historic center and the Spanish Quarter, and is decorated with works of art. Although only one basic room was available at the time of booking, lacking the amenities of a more upscale room, it was spacious and cleaned daily, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with a very weak signal and occasional failure to connect. The only drawback was the hotel's layout: the reception, a few guest rooms, and the breakfast room are located on one floor of a staircase, while other rooms are situated on a different staircase within the same building, somewhat distant from the dining room and reception. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options such as eggs, bacon, cereal, pastries, juices, and good coffee. But what truly stands out is Silvia, the dining room manager, who is incredibly hospitable, kind, and cheerful. She was attentive at all times, making sure we had everything we needed, and even sharing Neapolitan customs and her artistic talents. All of this, combined with the excellent service of the rest of the staff, makes this hotel a welcoming and highly recommended place to stay.

A clean, quiet hotel, with plenty of freedom and independence, and clean rooms that were always found tidy. The receptionists were kind and helpful (we needed a breakfast basket, which was ready upon our arrival and very generous!)... we had breakfast included: the room was bright, clean, tidy, and welcoming (with soft music in the background). The breakfast was small but it lacked nothing, with excellent products (try the sfogliatella) and a wide selection, both sweet and savory. But the best part? The head waiter, friendly, smiling, helpful, and inviting. Truly a wonderful place. CONGRATULATIONS

Difficult to find, pretty noisy and not the easiest to access but the hotel itself is clean, staff is accommodating and it's centrally located. Outwardly it looks like a ghetto but don't let that put you off

Great location for exploring Naples - numerous restaurants near by - very comfortable rooms - great buffet breakfast - staff very helpful - finding location can be challenging - off a plaza and not clearly marked - have to go through a large metal gate that is locked down at times and into a large multi-story commercial building

This boutique hotel is located inside an old and imposing INPS building, very convenient for everything as it is approximately halfway along the central Via Toledo: 2 minutes from the Toledo metro stop, taxis available, 5 minutes to Spaccanapoli... in short, a privileged position. The rooms are large (at least 209 is), clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast and reception are in the main building which is Sol Art Hotel. She climbs next door. Breakfast is rich and abundant and is served in a beautiful room with a permanent exhibition of works of art. The staff is very kind and helpful. A mention to the breakfast room manager Silvia, a real pleasure to see her in the morning and when she's not there... you can see it! I recommend the hotel despite a soundproofing problem between the rooms.. to be improved.

The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities for the price point. It was inside a business building, and was very secure at night. The front desk service was great and was able to accommodate an early check in when I switched rooms from a double to a single. I really enjoyed my stay.
