Unfortunately, my overall rating is negative.
I found the breakfast service to be poor: sometimes I wasn't even able to request a coffee due to staff being absent; room service was also only available occasionally.
Even worse, I had personal items stolen and damaged during my stay.

Hotel a bit dated, the staff is very kind, excellent parking, abundant and satisfying breakfast, terrace with enchanting view. Even if the price is a bit excessive considering the distance from the center but good for going to the DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA stadium

It’s a nice and cozy place, but it’s not close to public transportation at all like the page says . It’s convenient for travelers with cars.

English: we went on a school trip, and we found many problems, the shower in the corner of the seals was black, moldy and full of hair, THE WORST THING when we opened the shower handle remained in our hand, the owner and the hotel technician had the courage to say these exact words "you are not good at opening the shower", "you broke it" when behind the handle there were residues of attack/hot glue, and they also had the courage not to give us back part of the deposit (after arguing a lot to get it all back) for something that we did not break and they know it very well, they are THIEVES; also on the first day there was a hair (not ours) on the shower and in 4 days of cleaning it was never removed. beds with various stains, and presence of ants around the room. They probably haven't discovered electricity yet because there are no lights, in the corridor and up the stairs, the worst is in the rooms, there are only the about jour and in the evening you can't see anything while getting ready. At breakfast and dinner (for us students) plastic cutlery, and disposable tablecloths, which they simply shook out and reused, and the ones underneath were stained. Low quality food and served with thumbs on the plate. Rude staff (not all of them) who always blamed us, even making up things that never happened. It is literally a dark, disturbing and horrible motel, so much so that you are afraid to walk around alone.

Absolutely a nightmare. Smells like sewer, dirty and rude staff. In the rooms objects broken and reattached with hot glue, therefore we had to pay the deposit for things already damaged. Waitresses who serve with their fingers in the plate, nightmare. Absolutely to be avoided. Poor food, air conditioning not working, several people have reported intestinal problems. Pieces of sponge in a plate.

The inside of the hotel is horrible, we found cables coming out of the walls (even near the shower), lamps attached to the wall with only one screw, the water takes a very long time to get hot, there is mold on the walls and ceiling and the blankets are stained in almost all the rooms. A handle in the bathroom came off just by touching it but despite this they kept part of the deposit left because they blamed us for breaking the handle and a mixer. The food is even worse because they reuse the food from the previous days and for this reason almost no one finished the portion they had on their plate (the plates and glasses are plastic). We also found a piece of paper and a wire in the food and for this reason we decided to order takeaway spending more money. Highly discouraged place and to be avoided.

Hotel to be torn down immediately. Dirty and smelly place, with sewers that integrate perfectly with the place we are in. Room treated very badly with various objects already broken before our arrival (eg. bathroom handle and lamp near the bed), inedible food, instead of which I would have preferred to eat bread and water every day (I thank, whoever it was, for having created Glovo and Deliveroo), and staff anything but kind. Furthermore, they did not want to give us back the money of the deposit, accusing us of having broken what was already broken. I would prefer to spend the night in the central station of Naples.

hotel where we stayed on a school trip, as soon as we arrived we noticed that the situation was terrifying in every room, mold everywhere and broken stuff everywhere, the quadruple rooms seemed like a joke since it was clearly a double room with 2 added beds almost completely eliminating the space inside, also in my room the lamps near the bed were fixed thanks to the holy spirit and the bathroom handle was the same, needless to say that the handle we just touched remained in our hand, and in another room a mixer broke, in another instead the buttons to turn on the air conditioning by some miracle lowered and raised the shutter, in the end the hotel decided to keep some money because they claimed that before we arrived the handle and the mixer were in good condition; finally the dinners were scary: the glasses and plates were plastic and the food would be better to avoid describing.
